Grace Mirabella was a much more capable editor-in-chief. She was very supportive of American style and designers and didn't push the absurdities that Anna shows in Vogue today! Where are the 'real' clothes in Vogue? Fantasy is fine, but try and balance it with some sense of reality!!

But I hope she's not the way she was depicted in that 2006 film, that, would be sad indeed. Life is too short to be mean to people and treat them like second class citizen.
