okay... First, that bus is a small bus weighing a maximum of 15,000lbs max total gross.
2) It is NOT illegal to drive with the door open on a private bus. (That was not a school bus)
3) Any bus can have those warning lights on them and use them. But only a school bus transporting children can use those lights to stop traffic. DOT law, if the lights are there, they must work.
4) Do you not have anything else better to do with your time than to taddle tail on someone?
