wish i had someone as good as you to learn from where i stay but its great you done these videos on YouTube that i can learn from step by step i will use these everyday to practice until death or my internet connection is cancelled haha i stay in a place where there is a lot of violence so i hope after practice the next time im in a situation i can't get out of without conflict that your videos will help me leave in one piece
@WestCoastWanksta I know this is an oldish question, but the main difference in winch chun and jeet kune do is bruce lee realised that Wing chun works in very close ranges. Fighting in a bathroom as some put it. But for longer ranges it wasnt really suited. So he took the concepts of bridges and intercepting and developed a more medium/longer range style with these concepts. I personally feel secure with Wing Chun in pubs and crampt areas where u r uncomfortably close.
JKD is basically an extension of Wing Chun. Many people will tell you it's hard to grasp the concepts of JKD without a good Wing Chun background. But yeah, mainly JKD focuses on intercepting your opponent before they attack, so keeping them at a distance. Wing Chun uses more circular movements. I think you could say Cing Chun is more soft and JKD is more hard style.
@aznvietpride Well im sure he meant Pecks (crappy spelling dont mind that XD) yah but it is important for martial arts since u get punched at alot XD!!
nicee taught me a new workout for my back!ive been looking for a back workout... wow subscribing to MW was like 1 of the best things ive done in my life!!!!
Titties... lol! You are my hero Sifu Wong! This is a great workout, can't wait for more apprentice 2! The first one was very good basic foot work with kicks! I liked it!
@ChipPk1 most of the time yes and with weighted squats almost definitely. however, i have been told several times that squats that go just below the knee (not s your arse is touching your heels) is perfectly good for you and will keep the hamstring strength in proportion with the quadriceps :) Safe training
why this guy is always doeing 9 not 10 ?

Mr. Wong, can you please tell me what brand of gym ball did you use in your most recent video.
The reason I am asking is that I heard that some of these gym balls actually pop, especially when you use heavy weights as demonstrated in you video.
I just don't want to purchase a cheap ball and end up hurting myself.
