Amazing timeless piece of music by Wayne Shorter...just beautiful in the many different arrangements I've heard it played.

I love Wayne's solo and the way the whole band, especially Stanley, plays behind him. The rest of the performance not so much.

Amazin improv. and interplay, except the latter part of the drum solo. (More tasteful WR drummers, like Chancler, Acuna, or Erskine would newer do that "all over the place" thing in a piece like this.)

Man, that is an amazing Groove between the drums and bass just after the intro. Some really solid playing on the double bass. The break into the head of Footprints is great too.
