Since Nintendo and Square Enix have already made so many remakes of Kingdom Hearts worlds, why not just change the script a little bit and add some more worlds to make Kingdom Hearts DS {not referring to Days or Re:coded}

if you're wondering why this is so different from kh2, this is the story: jiminy's journal had another entry he didnt write, so mickey was trying to decode it and get all of the journal's data back, but there was a ton of virus's, so he sent a program into the database which was a data version of KH1 sora to destroy the virus's, not the current sora
its not about how the enemies look and shit. the story is whats behind this. the gameplay itself is amazing. i mean if i could, i would take this game, get a team of gamers who love this game, and then put sooooooo much more into it. (like more magic spells, ability to use different characters, etc.) i get what wmotamedi is saying. but don't dis on Disney. c'mon dude. >> Disney is subliminal as fuck. << everyone loves "Snow White" ;O
I mean look how many health orbs the enemies drop! There is just no challenge in this game at all. And they are the same shadow design from the first KH! Way to evolve the series, Square Enix. At least the second KH had slightly different Shadow designs, and with more polish, at that. I could go on and on about how much of a failure this game is just by watching Youtube videos.
This is the third KH game that puts you through this shitty tutorial. Really, Square Enix? You'd think by know that your fans will know how to play these games. It's not like you've added any complexity, it seems. This appears to be the first game only with awful graphics and terrible sound. I see from the walkthrough that you go to Traverse Town AGAIN. I'm so sick of revisiting the same fucking locations in this series. Not a buy for me. RPGs are boring anyway.
That's not to mention that the first game alone is incredibly boring, thanks to annoying backtracking, and a grinding system that makes you rely on aimlessly killing the same weak enemies to improve your strength instead of relying on skill. And you can cure yourself mid-battle plenty of times as well! This series is and always will be for kids -- not adults who prefer more challenging and complex games like Do Donpachi Dai Ou jou, but for emo teens with poor motor skills.

im playing the game now and it has good variety by mixing traditional, BBS, and 358 gameplay mechanics and throwing in new stuff, but the biggest problem for me is the camera controls. you can control the camera via stylus but are unable to use the buttons or you manually control the thing by holding the L and using the Dpad, but doing this will make you open to attack because you cant move at the same time. you can just tap L to auto face the camera which is decent, besides that i love it.

I don't mind the graphics, because they'd probably looks better on a DS screen, but why do we have to keep rolling with the old red and black suit Sora wore in the first game? Especially since the voice actors grew up, it seems odd that young 14 year old Sora has a deep voice.
This game basically explains what happened with Terra, Aqua and Ventus (Terra shared body with Xehanort, Aqua sacrificed herself and got stuck in the darkness realm and Ventus' heart is asleep) and also explains what letter Sora is recieving in the end of KH2.
Point is, they actually turn Jiminy's diary into data, and a so called "Data Sora" is formed. Since the data is old, so will Data Sora's clothes be (and age, for that matter.)

Kingdom Hearts Re: Coded is about Jiminy Cricket finding in his journal an entry he doesn't remember writing. So he scans his journal and you play as a digital data Sora. The game takes place after Kingdom Hearts 2.
This game was out for phone first then they added all of the phone content added a bit more and put it for the DS for us. It explains a bit for the game leading on to another KH game

EXAMPLE :
Street fighter(GBA the one that looks good) that one had good sprites because they knew what they were doing and wasn't all cramped.
But this game it looks like it's FORCED to be bigger and sprites are larger which makes the game look BAD.
Is hard to understand but if you see how those work it will make sense.
this game reminds me of final fantasy with the charaters and stuff.

@NowFireAll Well, the Nintendo DS has the same power as a Nintendo 64, and Super Mario 64 looked better for example. And so did 358/2 days (which is a Kingdom Hearts game. In 3D. For the DS.)
I'm not saying this looks bad, and I'm definitely going to buy it, but they could've worked slightly better with the graphics.

@magemario344 they will probably put kh 3 on ps3 seeing as the only time it moved to another brand(nintendo) was on recoded and 356/2 for ds. The rest are for ps2 ans psp, so im guessing itll be on ps3(or ps4

This game was out for phone first then they added all of the phone content added a bit more and put it for the DS for us. It explains a bit for the game leading on to another KH game

@DarkBladeAngel Nah man. I've got 358/2 days and it looks better than this. The dimensions here are off. It looks slightly stretched horizontally or compressed vertically.

I actually learned the whole plot before BBS came out, back before we had any indication we'd be getting an English remake. When I learned of the remake, I headdesk'd so hard the table snapped.

@DarkBladeAngel lol. Yeah, luckily I only read the general overview of the story on KH wikia. After I started avoiding the site in anticipation for BBS so I never got the story details. I know the basics. But hopefullly the in game story will still be engaging.

@deviltetsuo555 Considering the minimal importance of the game in the overarching narrative, and its place as a mobile phone game, I think I can be excused for entertaining the possibility it wouldn't be released in English, especially since the calls for an English release weren't nearly as great as the calls for English final mixes are.

@negima123 Still though, I started playing Kingdom Hearts when I was about 11. When I played, I felt like I was basically in that world and everything was magical. Now I'm 17 and while this still is my favourite game, it's losing it's charm in my eyes. :/

@ThePS60 tea it looks really sprity, maybe because they are used to putting it on a smaller screen(smaller view, cramped graphics) meaning they don't have to draw so much...
EXAMPLE :
Street fighter(GBA the one that looks good) that one had good sprites because they knew what they were doing and wasn't all cramped.
But this game it looks like it's FORCED to be bigger and sprites are larger which makes the game look BAD.
Is hard to understand but if you see how those work it will make sense.
