after I did the extermination mission just before becoming a werewolf, I fast traveled to where the companions stay but as I headed to their building I couldnt sprint and after a few seconds my health started to drop until I got inside. in 3rd person view my character's head was slumped back and he had two arrows in his arm. He was stuck like that until the I became a werewolf, after I turned back everything was normal. I dont know if I was just poisoned or what but I cant find an explanation

If you are a werewolf you can't become a vampire because you are 100% resistant to desises it is another benefit. You can fight vampires without worry.

@Dennis1064 You mean Vilkas/Farkas right? I had that same problem. He has the glitched AI of a guard. The reason he's chasing you and talking to you constantly is because you have a bounty in Whiterun or another city. All you need to do is go to whatever city you have a bounty in and get arrested or pay off the bounty. Once you no longer have a bounty in any Hold, he'll stop talking to you.

@RainbowSeige Being a werewolf is only in first person and you cannot be both a vampire and a werewolf at the same time. Becoming a werewolf will cancel out your vampirism, so I would assume it is the same the other way around. Yes you can join the Dark Brotherhood.

im a stage 4 vampire and the game is just not fun anymore... it's impossible to get rid of

@kjellxd1 just feed on some one when they are sleeping to go back down to a stage 1 vampire so you can walk around without being shot at and you'd need to do that once a night to stay at a stage 1. then go to Morthal in the north and find this guy who i think is called Falion and he will talk you through what you need to do. plus you need a soul trap spell or enchantment.
