Tinny, you're right; everyone is gonna have a different idea. I for one really like the M1 because smaller/lighter/less complex is better for my style of backpacking. The MooDoo looks a bit like a Sputnik to me :o)

Tinny, it looks like you could add a Lean-To-Greenhouse, on the Window side of your shop, to help with lighting and heat gain.

Which ever you decide to add to the store, you could add the other as a custom order. They both look great though.... Glad I am not the one that has to decide...lol

Tinny have you looked into the team real tree energy drinks they are made from a thick alum. and may work for you if you can find some they arnt as tall as the bud cans but they are bigger around

My vote is for the M1. Simple, probably less money, But what is the time limitation? If it is less than 20 min on a simmer then the MooDoo.
