It was in space in End of Evangelion, this is a seperate movie and a seperate continuity
It did have hair, in End of Evangelion. This is not hair, it's coming out of the ascended EVA's face
I'm not sure if you got a bad dub or something, but the EVAs are cloned from angels, they are not actual angels. Humanity is the last angel
