  • 4:56 - MY FACE WHEN PLAYING SKYRIM. I love Gix's facial expressions and reactions to the game. :p

  • go gix!!!!!!!!!!!!! bed head lol

  • I loved your reaction when you unlocked the expert lock Gix! I also love when you read books. You should read books more often in the game :).

  • Notice Gix is staying true to his form and hugging left around the mountain. :)

  • Awesome gix's vids are longer than 10min now! haha

  • I find it hilarious that when gix comments "Yes." it gets 20 likes.

  • Gix: The Elderscroll missing from white gold tower was one of the final Oblivion Theifs Guild Missions.

As far as the queen of Mornhold's crown missing, you only visit Mournhold in Arena, and Morrowind.

  • man i just ish he would do the theives guild quest already

  • My cat was staring at your face the whole time you were reading the book, it was so funny. Nice video by the way.

  • I want Gix badly to do a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. let's play in this same style. He really plays as if he were actually in the game, and doesn't rush right through everything! Well done!

  • The person that stole the Elder Scroll from the White Gold Tower was actually the Champion of Cyrodiil. My guess is that this "Wulfmare" is just taking credit for other peoples work.

  • I miss the badass Gix with that epic goatee :(

  • oblivion>skyrim>morrowind

  • @MrXtracheese1997 Morrowind>Skyrim>Oblivion

  • Cool hair Gix

  • Subtitles please?

  • Girlfriend of 2 years just broke up with me

    *Sees Gix's new video*

    Instantly becomes happy.

  • When I saw this video was up, I yelled "OH Gix, JE T'AIME" :D

    Couldn't help it.

  • Hey Gix, I know you have a ton of games on your plate right now, but I think you should consider doing a Let's Play Mount and Blade. That game totally suits your style. I think you'd enjoy it.

  • @FeelsLike32 Thats a really good good game i agree

  • Lookin good dawg! :D

  • @backuganhelper Probably more times than you, going by your spelling you're about 11 years old.

  • i liked morrowind and oblivion more then skyrim quest lines are to short in skyrim

  • @SirBob1932

I Liked morrowind more then oblivion,Loved oblivion too but i think skyrim is better.

    So Morrowind>Skyrim>Oblivion

  • i like when you read books, although i know you cant every video, it is still very entertaining

  • when he said "I protect the Jarl, whoever that might be" he meant that if there was a new Jarl or something, he'd protect him too

  • what'd you do with your hair, gix?

  • When you talk to an NPC, you can press TAB to move around while still having the conversation with the NPC, neat little feature.

  • Oblivion spoilers* The last quest (or last few) focus around the blind monks who keep the elder scrolls and stealing one from the white gold tower.

  • "Let's check the time." (in game) "It's 3 P.M!" I look down at my phone .3pm when i look. MIND FUCKED.

  • 9:40 My new forum avatar. O_O

  • Hey Gix around 13:10 you said about oblivion not mentioning anything about the elderscrolls. Well in the thiefs guild at the end (spoiler alert) you have to steal an elderscroll, But i could be wrong about this but from my experience i beleive that I am correct and then of course thats when you become the grey fox. You should check it out yourself in oblivion and you will learn more about the elderscrolls. anyway keep up the good work!

  • Savvy hairstyle, Gix :p.

  • @ImprovisationsUnited yea its like paul gilbert style

  • I'm pretty sure Morrowind is only 20 years before oblivion, and I think daggerfall was not that far back either.

  • @rohan21166 Morrowind is 6 years before Oblivion, taking place in 3E 427. Daggerfall was 22 years before Morrowind (3E 405), and Arena takes place 6 years before Daggerfall (3E 399).

  • @EG22582262 Ah okay.

  • @rohan21166 Actually according to the lore there are only 5-6 years between Oblivion and Morrowind. And 10 years between Morrowind and Daggerfall.

That being said, since Orcs were still savages in Daggerfall and the art of levitation went lost in Oblivion it's safe to say the lore doesn't make any sense what so ever. :-)

  • I'm playing as a breton because of you mostly though for the high resistance for Magic Effects.

so how are you liking bretons?

  • Is it me or Gix has become somewhat more....evil in the Skyrim playthough, compared to the MW/OB ones? lol

  • @LoboSolitarioES No not really, he is just a thief this time instead of a wizard.

  • If the remember in oblivion the last theives guild quest was to steal an elder scroll from the white gold tower

  • I love Gix's videos because he plays the game the way you should. Most people turn the difficulty down, fast travel everywhere, rush from quest to quest, just pick up everything of value without giving it a second thought, and abuse the hell out of quicksave. The game is more enjoyable if you take the time to explore, read a book, plan out how to kill a difficult enemy, and live with the decisions you make rather than reloading a save.

  • @Napalm13092 fast travel isn't that bad, it was even in daggerfall. Only game that didnt have it was morrowind, and boy was all that tedious walking-while-hopping boring, not to mention cliffracers.

  • @girlie347 Cliffracers are the most annoying enemy NPC's ever in a video game

  • @girlie347 lolnope!

Why walk when you can ride?

Silt Striders, boats, mages guilds Divine and Almvisi Intervention and lets not forget the hillarious Tinur's Hoptoad!!!

Thats the gentlemen's way of traveling the ashlands.

    walk.. pff...

    but yeah, everyone hates cliffracers.

  • @Veldoril Well arent you smart.... lol...

  • gix, install skyboost, look it up at skyrimnexus, it improves overall fps

  • it's weird, Gix is the only LPer I enjoy listening to and watching. something in his playstyle keeps me following his adventures

  • @NukeCorruption same here, lol

  • aaah I hate the wispmother their all so scary

  • They're the final parts of the Thief's Guild quests in Morrowind and Oblivion, right?

  • I demand more Gix!! >:[

  • "I'm going to do some questing" Reads book for 15 minutes lol

  • @RedLeaderIV Not to mention it's one of the random generated quests, the 'kill bandit leader at xxx' ones that will keep coming indefinitely and don't progress you at all. Even though he got his target, instead he's trying to find someone to talk to about this quest (there isn't) before doing it. He should just go out, wander around, enter some caves, do something. It's amazing how he can walk and talk and always avoid the one important thing, in this case ask the Jarl about work

  • @RedLeaderIV hahahah

  • Oh haha! I just noticed the video has 768 views. Reminds me of the graphic cards that came out shortly after I bought my PC. :P

  • :D.

  • you don't remember stealing an elder scroll from the blind monks in the central tower of the imperial city?

  • Are you going to continue morrowind?

  • @StevenTurner92 Yes.

  • @gixG17 Short and to the point like a boss.

  • we're watching you ............scum

  • Gix is such a flirt, winking at us as he introduces the video :)

And no more horsing around on the ice, you hear me?

  • Make more daggerfall videos xD

  • @gixG17 Really? You don't remember an Elder Scroll being stolen in Oblivion? You never did the Thieves Guild questline?

  • @dragatus Brain fart; I completely forgot about it!

  • @dragatus : That's why an Elder Scroll belongs in the main story, as it does in Skyrim IMHO.

  • Well Sheogorath is you from SI, so Wulfmare CAN'T be you

  • 20 minutes? FROM GIX!? Am I in heaven?

  • are you playing on max settings?

  • @RH1169 i´m guessing he play on a high performance config (he has the specs on his channel)

  • YAY. I'm so happy Gix is back =)

  • Great video Gix, nice to see you back in action and feeling better. Looking forward to more adventures :)

  • Isn't it when u finish the thieves guild u steal the elder scroll from white gold tower?

  • I love looking at my ceiling aswell lol.

  • WHAT HAPPENED TO THE APPLE!?

  • @TheFelixninja That's in episode 21 ^^

  • SHINY'S! I laughed so hard at that!

  • Gix,it's "barr-icks" and "yarl" not "Jarl" :)

  • @Sethran1996 its spelled jarl and not yarl.. then again im not lithuanian, we spell right. :P

  • watching you try to get that expert lock was pretty funny xD

  • I usually skip forward when people read books in Skyrim, but you are exception for me...

  • moar!

  • I think you cant smash lock's the book gave you false information

  • Gix, the whole torches-make-lockpicking-easier myth is just that, a myth. The same thing was proposed in Morrowind and Oblivion. It's a reoccuring gag.

  • gix I know you're not one to go straight for the mainquest, but I gotta warn you mate. Don't wanna spoil it but you have to get a couple quests in to unlock open world dragons.

  • The Elder Scroll going missing is a thieves' guild quest in Oblivion, so essentially it means it's the player writing that book (assuming the player has played the thieves' guild quest-line).

  • 20 min video Nice !! :D

  • YES, A 20 MINUTE EPISODE<3

  • quick tip jarl is pronounced yarl not trying to be nitpicky here just thought you'd like to know

  • @9terminal well if you watch the video before commenting like a dumb, you'd see he corrected himself

  • Awesome vid! Thanks Gix~

  • 20 minutes long video! Thanks Gix.

  • In the final Thieves' Guild mission in Oblivion, you still the Elder Scroll from the White Gold Tower.

  • My god! Gix can upload longer then 15 min videos again! Glad to see you got that sorted again :)

  • I had the same expression as Gix at 9:38 when I opened a Master lock in one shot. Made me laugh too.

  • The first 3 elderscrolls games plus oblivions tutorial occur during the reign of emperor Patrick Stewart the VII or about 65 years. there is about a 20 year gap between daggerfall and morrowind. Oblivion's main character steals the elderscroll so i think the author of the book is just stealing credit from the new gray fox (you)

  • @Thundernin

The Champion being the Gray Fox is canon? Are you sure?

  • @Thundernin I'm pretty sure that the player characters in The Elder Scrolls games are only related to the main quests lore wise. The stories for the other guilds play out the same way just with another person doing the tasks. So that could very well be the Gray Fox

  • @Fadeproof312 I don't think that is necessarily true. It is suggested the champion of cyrodil is sheogorath. I think bethesda purposely puts loop holes in certain quest lines to leave it up to the player to determine some roles in previous games.

  • "What the rebels like to forget, is the Empire is what's keeping the Dominion out of Skyrim."

SO F'ING TRUE! While i'm ALL for free worship of Talos, really and truly its just a ruse to make the Thalmor comfortable, while the Empire sharpens it blades!

  • gix do your trees sway?

  • Nagidal read this book as well! It is interesting comparing your English skills together.

  • Actually Gix, I've heard that having a torch out when lock picking will increase your chance of success. Not confirming it though.

  • @xxduberryxx I do believe it does, because the light from the torch lets your character see into the lock some, making it easier to pick.

  • @xxduberryxx That's not true unfortunately.

  • Finally some skyrim. NAgidal is up at 200 vids, gix 22!

  • @mupp33n Because Gix has a life. 'Hem.

  • @TheAmbitiousFish And so does Nagidal, nagidal is an audio engineer or something. Where gix is in school.

  • Anyone know if you can smash locks

  • @SupaNathan1 If you mean something similar to auto-picking or forcing a lock like in Fallout 3, then no, you can't.

  • @peber13 nah i knew that, i mean like hitting the thing i know it sounds stupid but i have never tried it & that book got me thinking

  • I don't think these events appeard in the elder scrolls games.

In TES Tribunal you're in Mournhold and can talk to Barenziah, if I remember correctly, and I don't think there was ever mentioned something about a missing crown.

The only thing I remember was a very valuable Ring from her son. ;)

  • @etetepete The story about the missing crown is probably either from "The Biography of Barenzia" or "The Real Barenzia". I doubt it would have happened in Morrowind.

  • @funkypenguin000 I'm not sure if I remember something about a crown in the real Barenzia either.

But anyway wasn't she the one who had an affair with Jagar Tharn? (he had a different name of course).

  • lol at 9:36

  • Haha I like how your goal was to leave Falkreath

  • It's muthafuckin' Gix!

  • Just sat down after making a snack too, perfect timing!

  • Did youtube finally allow you to upload longer videos again?
