I have been in the Philippines and i can assure you that they don't have anything like this video implies. Their new government with President Aquino is better but they still lack business sense to become a nation that benefits there people.

To say they are a poor country is correct, but there is many who are well off. Problem is, it is a ratio of 95% poor with the remaining 5% with nice cars and homes.Unemployment is about 22% or higher. The government says about 11% but that is bull shit.
