You guessed wrong. I didn't say I asked for conversion. The question asked to the synagogue was "AS a Christian could I be taught the religion as Israel is as much of Christianity as Christ is. They more I could learn the more insight I would have had into the Christian faith for discussion and interpretation. You have a sour note of religiosity. There is so much to say and so little room. I rewrite a given text so many times to make it fit, that I over look the flow of thoughts. In addition, if I don't watch closely I meander a bit and it's because I trying to cover too much territory at once. Therefore, I often just revert to one-liners. That makes one have to read each point as a stand-alone and that is not desirable. I will continue this and if there is a question, I will address it specifically. I am not a good Christian right now

I would not ever leave the Faith in the Living God Jesus. I only asked them, (her), if I could learn their ways AS a Christian. Regarding Jews in Iran...that is nearly laughable. There does remain a small community. There are more Iranian Jews in the US and Israel. Many recently escaped. Jerusalem is divided into quarters taken care by Jews, Muslims, Christians, and Armenians, but a person can tour the whole city if they wish, those groups just take care of different areas. I would like to go to Mecca and Medina, and I'm willing to bet many others would as well, since it could teach people things. Personally, I've no desire to visit Mecca/ Medina. But why shouldn't others be allowed to visit? Jews have spent most of their historical lives struggling for survival. There is no national monument other than the remains of the Western Wall of the second Synangugue, and the right to visit was taken away under Jordanian rule in the mid 40's until 1967. If one visits Israel one can't have a passport stamp or Islamic countries do not let you in or if you have a perceived "Jewish" name.

East Jerusalem was closed to Jews under Jordanian control although Jordan was to have control of it as an International city. They did not allow this. When Israel "took" Jerusalem some Jewish soldier hung the Israeli flag from the mount. Moishe Dayan hit the ceiling and demanded it be taken down. Can you imagine a Muslim demanding this for the pride of Israel? Dayan was a Sabra, he understood. He did not understand why Jews were not allowed at their holy sites and thus led the army.

Don't give me hints about the past...history of the past centuries..in the middle ages is hard to prove now that the Muslims dug up and destroyed half of East Jerusalem, especially cemetaries and Jewish holy sites to make it seem that Jews didn't live in those days.

No what is completely hysterical is that you do not even acknowledge this FACT of history. One of the first things done once Jerusalem was ceded in authority to Muslims from the Crusaders was to restore the Mosque and conserve the Western Wall. The Ottoman Empire also undertook extensive works as under Christian control it was literally a garbage site.

Paul, I'm an idiot and you are brilliant, say you. Jordan blocked the Jews from the Western Wall though the law of the UN was that the area and the Mount considered International. They did this they as they tore up many Jewish holy places in E. Jerusalem. But you the bright one knew this and like me saw this happening. Yes, Moishe Dayan did demand the Jews, upon taking the city take down the Israeli flag they put up. Know it now. Not allowing Jews to the wall is part of why 1967 happened.

I dont understand your point, I am not talking about how the Jordan had blocked access to Jews in the past but how Israel blocks access to the majority of Muslims today.
What is even more concerning is that it was wrong for Jordan to do this but you think that it is right for Israel to do the exact same thing! What is the difference?

Israel is the illegal child of the world. As the Quran has mentioned "truth shall prevail and falsehood perish", the shameless, hypocritical propaganda of Israel, some of which are exemplified in the comments below, is now naked in front of the public.
The solution to the current problem in the middle east is only---the destruction of Israel and relocation of the Israeli jews to Europe, where they belonged to. All the conscious people of the world should be active to do that.

No, my friend. My point is that Israel has made moves to incorporate the Palestinians into their government, as well as other people. I don't see the Palestinians' allies (Egypt, Iran, etc.) doing the same. Recently, we all saw first hand that Egypt wants nothing to do with them, which is wrong. Also, Jews do not have Arab origin, Jews are an ethnic group, like Arabic is an ethnic group. Palestinians who remained in 48 and actually got citizenship (Arab Israelis)are treated as 2nd class citizens, enclosed in tiny neighborhoods, not allowed to learn their own language or build homes, & then used by Israeli propaganda to say "Look, we are give them their rights." Newsflash: you don't "give" people rights out of the goodness of your heart, everyone has basic human rights that must be respected. It's a sick and twisted world when people think it's legitimate for someone to "pay" with something that doesn't belong to them. Palestine was for the people who lived there and owned the land. You're right, not all of them were Muslims, some were Christian and some were Jewish and they lived in Harmony until Zionism messed it up. Israel was founded only for Jews and all those other people were killed, kicked out, & oppressed. And all this is ok to you because the Jews were "afraid".

One of the largest Christian communities in the Arab world is in the Palestinian people, you think its coincidental that Israel and the USA have turned this into a Judaism vs Islam thing? Many members of Hamas are actually Christian but of course you never hear about that.

Israel was a nation-state long before 1948, but it was not known as that, since that conception of government is fairly recent. It was comparable to Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, etc., which none of which were nation-states. May God Bless You All, my friends.
