  • Anyone know where I can watch the full video?

  • @yankeebaiter dont tell people what to do. not all drugs are bad. Drugs that can be used to have spiritual awakenings, heightened senses, and a more open mind are : LSD, marijuana, magic mushrooms, ayauasca, peyote, mescaline, salvia, etc and Ive done them all. all they have done is open new ideas and possiblilties 4 me. psychedelics have been used for thousands of years to explore human consciousness and reveal the serets of the universe. not 4 those who r brainwashed tho lol so dont ever doThm

  • No one can actually get this film.. Take notice in the trailer that the patient's condition is not identified. I actually searched this video out and there were all kinds of blogs on how the video actually doesnt exist or if it does no one has been able to get a copy of it, even after they paid for it.

  • <:( lord gave him 2 chances! that's so sweet! but will he get a 3rd? hang in there little guy <:)

  • @ilikepieandcupcakes sorry to say but he died already a while back :(

  • Rest in peace

  • Today's the first day of the rest of your life.

  • i was 17 years old and my best freind found her new love: Crystal meth. She introduced us. I visited her often because my parents were divorced, i was failing in school..and had no other friends. July 09, at 25 years old my parents did their own intervention for me. I was ate up in sores from neck down. I didnt know who i was or what i was doing anymore, after 38 days i was able to return home and begin recovering. the battle to stay off is daily because its the most addicting it is possible tho

  • @isome84 keep going strong ull make it thru

  • He's dead now :( requiescat in pache man :,(

  • after watching this video... i still feel like getting high

  • I am a recovering meth addict. I appreciate the contribution Shawn Bridges has made in the fight against Meth by making this film. He is a hero. So, I try to honro his contributions by listening to the message he has to tell, and by becoming part of the solution and not the problem. God blessyou Shawn Bridges and thank you.

  • What difference does it make if this is fake or not?

The bottom line is this. If you know what we know about meth and still choose to put the garbage in your body then you are a fucking moron with shit for brains.

  • shawn is a waste and no the lord is not waiting or welcoming him. how many children did he fuck with? 10

  • it is offensive to hear people refer to the Lord when their lives are pretty much fuck up. The rational of God . Where was the Lord or God even when they were high on meth. If god loved them so much now why didn't he before? As a Christian I find it extremly offensive when these losers envoke my Lords name. He is not a light switch. God doesn't care about they re fucked up live and jesuse is too busy to waste his time with them.

  • I know !!!

  • Goshh , Beforee Hiss Dadd Though ! Uhh HeartBreakenn !

  • Listen up and listen up good.

Where you start is not where you will end.

My cousin died of meth, so you have no idea what you are talking about.

You dance with drugs...they will start to lead the dance. Trust me, I know.

"I used to do a little but a little wouldn't do so the little got more and more..." Guns and Roses, "Mr. Brownstone"

  • Everyone needs to try it at least once. And decide for yourself. You cant get hooked off one hit.

  • I don't need drugs to make me 'high'. You obviously have not seen the Montana Meth's videos "Not Even Once" (great irony in what you are saying in light of these videos). If you think you are 'in control', you are foolish beyond compare.

I hope you come to know that God is the greatest high you will ever experience. Without the shame, immorality and harm.

  • God???? I rest my case.

  • Rest your case about what? A relationship with your creator is a far greater high that the meth you are using, the sex you are having and the parties you are going to. Trust me, dude, I have been there and done that, ok?

By the way, in case you think I am some uneducated religious idiot, I went to Princeton University (class of 1997).

  • I dont go to parties much I am a bodybuilder I use meth to cut down, its great. And one more thing I dont have a relationship with a creator because we evolved from lower life forms, we were not created.

  • What does evolution over the course of billions of years have to do with the wonder of your own creation? Think about it: you 'evolved' in 9 months from 1 cell to literally trillions of cells. Doesn't that make you pause and wonder?

Michelangelo's Pieta is a 'piece of marble' -- but it is much more than that. You are 'cells', but you are much more than that.

Your argument makes no sense whatsoever. I believe in evolution, but still believe in God.

  • Also, God is described as a 'potter' in the Scriptures -- a potter starts with something and then molds it over time.

  • God is the greatest high? Come on man, i mean, what the hell?

Anyway, i know from personal experience that you dont become addicted before at least 2 weeks of usage. Beyond this limit is VERY hard to come back.

But trying it once wont hurt you. If you become addicted is because there was something wrong in your life before Meth.

  • Come on man, what? Dude, I have been where you are, the parties you go to, etc. I have been there and done that -- do you get it???????

I know a guy who had a 4.2 gpa in high school, went to William and Mary, was introduced to crack cocaine right after college (never touched drugs) and then spent the next 12 years in and out of rehab. Last summer he finally shot himself in the head because he couldn't deal any longer.

How many stories do you want me to share of the tragedies I know?

  • The only story i know about is mine. I've been snorting all the shit i could snort since the age of 15 or so, and yet i'm still there, and with a pretty good physique. All you have to have is a little of brain.

    God does not exist.

  • If I were living the life you were living, I wouldn't believe in God either -- too many changes would have to take place.

If you have been doing drugs since 15, you are what in any analysis would be called a drug addict. How much do you spend a week? How does it effect your family, your job, your work? Married? Kids?

Thankfully for God, your belief in Him doesn't effect his existence.

  • I have a wonderful kid, a gorgeous wife and a good job. I dont use to buy drugs - i'm italian and buying drugs would mean giving money to mafia or 'ndrangheta or camorra. I use to produce them at home, and of course i dont sell them, i want no problems.

The point is, you know nothing about drugs. The word itself, drug, is meaningless. The huge gap between LSD and morphine, between THC and ketamine, makes it impossible to say "drug is bad".

Trust me on this, you know nothing about drugs.

  • I am teacher and have much greater knowledge than you, my friend. Before I make you look like a fool, please do not accuse me of ignorance. Which drug would you like to talk about? I have expertise in quite a number of them -- cocaine, heroin, meth (particularly meth), marijuana, prescription drugs (also know a lot about these), etc. What would you like to know?

  • Sorry to be rude, but i'm almost a medic and i own your teacher ass.

Alright, let's start with Ketamine. Explain me which kind of damage a <2.5mg/kg dose can cause you.

  • Who the heck cares about less than 2.5mg -- the point, Vodka, is that you are an addict and are trying to find rationale after rationale. I am not the addict.

Ketamine is a growing problem in my country, as are other prescription-related drugs. If you are using this, it tells me that you are likely stealing it from a lab or some other place -- abusers usually become thieves to support their habit.

Yes, I am familiar with this drug.

You own nothing. How many degrees do you have?

  • Who the heck cares about the dose? And you pretend to be a teacher? I'm not an addict. I take ketamine only when i want. And i'm not stealing from anywhere, a friend of mine is an anaesthetist and i buy it from him, you pay less. So, i'm not a thief.

I dont know whats going on in your downfalling country but in the UE we dont use to steal ketamine from labs.

Stealing from labs and using Meth is a USA-related phenomenon.

  • Vodka, I wish you well; I really do. I will pray for you. This will be my last note as I simply do not have the time for this -- nothing personal against you.

I was an atheist for about 2 years when I was in my early 20's. I know, from experience, what the other side of life is like. The life of grace is a life that is unimaginable until you are in it. You scoff at a belief in God, but are sorely mistaken. The God of this universe is as real as the hand before you.. Pax et bonum.

  • @VodkaRumyBrandy Your friend in the medical field is violating his oath to "Do no harm." by selling a drug to you that you do not need. Of course, dosage is important. Your statement concerning dosage reveals your ignorance of using drugs. You may have a lot of experience. However, you are very ignorant.

  • Ketamine, like any drug that cause hallucinations, etc., requires higher and higher doses to continue.

Prolonged use of ketamine can result in amnesia, impaired motor function, delirium, and respiratory problems that can be fatal. Ketamine can cause loss of onsciousness, neuroses or other mental clouding. Other common side effects include confusion, delirium, vivid dreams, hallucinations and feelings of detachment from the body.

I hope your wife enjoys visiting you at the mental home...

  • You're a bummer.

What do you mean prolonged? Once a day? Once a week?

I've been taking Ketamine since the age of 15 and yet i got a pretty strong physique, as a matter of fact, i've been at a gym today.

What you say are chronic effects from people who takes it once per day for a year.

Ketamine is less neurotossic than a coffee if you take once a week and then you stop for several months.

  • @VodkaRumyBrandy

every addict says that about their drugs...!

  • @Schmerzstiller addiction is a biological phenomenon. if a substance doesnt give you physical addiction for biological reasons, that's a fact, and you can't do absolutely nothing about it. Heroin gives addiction. Ketamine doesnt.

About the psychological addiction, sometimes i found myself sad because sometimes i wished i had ketamine to snort. But it happens very rarely and with a joint this bad feeling is all gone.

    :)

  • @VodkaRumyBrandy You can't be serious in your demand for anyone to trust someone who has been deliberately putting a chemical in his body since he was 15 (we don't know how old you are now, though) ! Why would a reasonable person trust you?

  • @212Pinky I take it alcohol isn't a chemical? It causes a much higher fatality rate then meth does.

  • @VodkaRumyBrandy I'm sorry you don't realize that He does. Perhaps some day you will. There's already evidence in your comment that you have lost some brain cells. But like dementia in the elderly, you just don't realize it, and are too paranoid to trust anyone to tell you the truth. Peace..

  • The nature of 'hell' is that you don't realize you are in it until you get out of it.

Ever heard of John Corapi? You should read his story.

  • the lord ! prayer! please maybe if you didnt believe in farytales your son wouldnt be a mess

  • @TheFasteddie16 You just don't understand faith in something other than yourself. Perhaps some day you will understand.

  • T__T He looked kind of out of it...Like he lost a few brain cells (not an insult just a frightening observation)

  • Definitely lost many brain cells. He'll only get better to a point. His life is changed forever.

  • and i thought the person who invented beer and cigars wuz bad!

  • O.o Most drugs are made out of natural substances, it's crazy dumb people who manipulate that substance with hazardous chemicals and decide to smoke and sell it. T_T

  • Everyone thumbs up to my comment to make it more meaningful

  • :3 you keep at it, dearie. ^^

  • my friend git drunk and tried meth 6 clean years being clean.. now i dont know if hes using again coz all the info is drama. how can i know. he seems calm and together.

  • @egghead6625

Are you living a normal life now? I mean living life FULLY? Without any side-effects from your drug use? No social isolation or anxiety? Do you think your brain functions slower or the same from before ur drug problem? Did you get help like rehab?

Sorry to pound u with so much questions! I was a heavy heavy user! Sober for 6 years yet everyday still feels like a dream!

  • Comment removed

  • @egghead6625 "4 years clean" "Once you're in it, you can't get out." Yeah that's a total contradiction there.

  • @egghead6625 Good job getting of that shit man...just wondering though, why did you ever try meth for the first time? I have never tried it but am just wondering why anyone would even go near it knowing what it's done to people

  • @JEWHUNTER691 stupidity mainly.

  • god bless shaun =(

  • I MISS YOU SO MUCH DADDY!!!!!!!

  • ULL SE HIM AGAIN ONE DAY

  • i hope so!!!!! lol

  • im sure we will i feel so much for this poor man im adictd to shit myself its hard man life is hard we will all meet again one sunny day in bliss peace manxx

  • fuck you

  • Sad

  • Meth is eating away America like a flesh melting acid` those who think they can

explore the dark pleasure of Meth? and

not be trapped in HELL? are in for a sad awkening.

  • the meth is expanding, now is everywhere, its epidemic. i dont know if america can face that.

  • it is, but the country will handle it. If nothing else, it seems to be solve the problem on its own by rapidly killing those addicted to it...

I'm not denying the existence of a genuine and ridiculously strong addiction power of meth, but lostfaith is right - no one will ever break any addiction without truly wanting to break free from it for their own sake. They must find the willpower to get through the withdrawal and take control of their own lives...

    those that don't are statistics...

  • hillbilly heroin

  • fat party.....

  • Wake up America!!!! Meth is EVIL

  • you know that was a fucked up thing to say and you out to be ashemed of yourself his friends and family lost someone special over a stupid addicition and you should have kept that comment to yourself grow up! His friends and family belive he is in a better place and he is very loved so fuck off sincerly his sis

  • It's terrible. I'm really sorry, drumlord: I didn't know about this drug and I truely hope it has not already arrived in my country

  • if it doesnt grow say NO!!!

    .

  • A school had weed conviscated and they found that 70% was laced with meth...

  • :( thats scary

  • thanks God ,this don´t come to my country.

  • its going to, very soon, meth is gona take over the world

  • Love you Shawn.

  • Some people will always see the glass as half emoty as opposed to half full:) The bottom line is this young man(Shawn) and his family agreed to do a documentary in the hopes of it helping another individual who may strugglign with meth addiction( but who hasnt yet reached the point that Shawn reached), as well as to deter those who might be considering using Meth from trying it. If it aves even one life or causes people to evaluate their own behavior than it has served its purpose.

  • Is there a way to download this woithout paying this Chip Rossetti guy money?

  • I do agree that the users should be sent to rehab to help with their addictions. However, I really dont understand how someone can say that this video was made by a church in order to make money. Churches are here to help us win the ultimate battle of eternal life or death, not to take our money or rule us. It seems that Shawn did win the ultimate battle in the end

  • I think this video shows a great example of the effects tha tmeth can have on a person life. It is getting alot of attention from news broadcasts around the nation and hopfully it will change the lifestyle of some addicts who are not educated on the effects that meth can have on a person.

  • Meth is bad business, anyone who gets into it needs a swift kick between the legs, and sent to rehab, not a church.

  • The Lord was there all the time, but God gives each and everyone of us the free will to make our own choices. Thankfully, for he and his family, Shawn gave himself to Jesus before it was to late. God is always there, but we have to accept His help.

  • @rossettichip If god really existed, why would he have invented meth? Why would he create a drug that overcomes its victoms and makes them die a painful death? If he really answered people prayers, meth addiction would stop alltogether. FUCK YOU, your corpse will rot in the ground and nothing more.

  • @natanielb93 God gave man free will. God did not "invent" meth. Man did. He always answers prayers. But the answer isn't always the one you want to hear. Unless you have faith, you will not understand, I fear.

  • @212Pinky We didn't come here to be preached to. What attracted us viewers was the story of a meth addict who was remorseful and wanted people to be aware of his mistakes and learn from them. Your "god" has nothing to do with it. Stop being so critical, calling people ignorant and saying they have no faith.

  • @rossettichip Amen!

  • I feel for his father and in the end he contributed to a noble cause. But the bottom line is that he chose this lifestyle and didn't seek help. What's really disheartening is his father's referral to the "lord" and "power of prayer." Give me a break! Where was the lord when Shawn fell into his addiction? I guess he must have been too busy to help back then!

  • Thank you for making this point. All this talk of "the lord" saving us tricks us out of watching out for ourselves and taking care of each other. We get our heads in a tangle, and think that "The Lord" will save us. He won't, he can't, he doesn't.

  • I agree. People have to take repsonsibility for their own lives. Be a good person because you WANT to be a good person not because of some fictional being you think will strike you down if you dont be a good lil boy.

Being good out of fear of some supposed higher being is just goes to show that those people cant be good or honest without the intervention of fear.

    Rather sad.

  • I just wanted to let everyone know that the word is continuing to spread. I was on the radio last night all over Spain and Columbia and this film REALLY IS SAVING LIVES.

  • rossettichip, i work w/meth addicts on a daily basis. i would like to be able to use this video to help others realize the serious, and often deadly, consequences when using meth. is is such a life altering addiction, and often leads to a life of crime if the drug doesn't claim the body first.

  • thanks for making this, the truth should get out; even if it changes one person ..the effort is worth it. Stay off drugs, it is not worth it.

  • NOONE has the right to say it is a way to get people in church I hope you uneducated people that leave the comments that are totally uncalled for never have to go this hell on earth and i also hope every school and church even rehab play this movie to sho the effexts of meth or any drug and as far as addiction its real and Shawn wanted to do this to save people from the heartache he has put his family thru how dare people judge.

  • rosettichip,

Fair enough. Thanks for the explanation.

  • how do i get to see the whole video

  • How do u get to watch the whole thing?

  • scam or not, it doesn't matter. what matters is that meth addiction is a reality...and we should be happy that someone has taken time out of his life to put some kind of message out there. if you think this is scam, then don't watch it. no one is forcing you to watch it. geez, quit having a cow.

  • But maybe he IS really addicted, or maybe he really isn't, and it's just another well orchestrated, sneaky attempt on the part of the shameless church to pull at our heartstrings to get us sitting nicely like zombies, in church pews. The point is that the whole thing seems sneaky and, because of that, I would be surprised if they would resort to staging the whole thing. As I've said before, he isn't covered in the usual meth scabs.

  • uh, no need to shit bricks on this one. if you don't think it's worth watching, then don't. no one's putting a gun to your head. relax.

  • I am the producer of this film and over the last few days I have been reading the various things that have been posted on here. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I can tell you this FACT, this film is real. Nothing, NOTHING, was staged in this film. Shawn, at the time was dying, and now, in fact has passed away because of his drug use, primarily meth.

  • The reason that he does not have the "scabs" as you put it is beacuse he was sick for a VERY long time and the only drugs he was taking at the end, were the ones that the doctor prescribed. The film show how drugs can kill you and ravage your body. .

  • In regards to the church aspect, Shawn gave his life to Christ and in doing that he felt that it was his duty to inform about his mistakes. He was not pushing the chuch on anyone, but for him and his family, that was what helped them through all of this.

  • Some people may not need that to get through things, but for the Bridges family, that is what the turned to. Since this was Shawns idea and Shawns story, that is the way it was told. There is no sneaky ascpect of the film from ANY church group, just the truth from one family

  • I pray that God will help you view Him the way I do.. Because the message behind the making this video was to keep others from going through what their family went through ...god bless The Bridges family.. This has only a good message to be passed on.

  • Shawn is the one that wanted this made not a church. And i have you know i wish it was a staged thing. I wish my family and i didnt have to go though the things that we went though. Shawn was my Brother.

  • really youre his brother?

  • From Matthew James 1963. I found your comment to be the sadest of all. I just don't understand where your head is at. I'm a recovering meth addict, and I never got so high that I could dilude myself into questioning whether or not meth was killing me and distroying my family. Good luck AluminumFoilHat. You'll need it.

  • @AluminumFoilHat Let's say you got them figured out. Just one comment: If you could figure it out, I trust that anyone else "figuring it out" like you did would also know that the film has a message about the dangers of meth use and that they would be smart enough to ignore any references to religion. EVERYONE has someone/something they lean on, even you, but you probably aren't smart enough to realize it. Open your mind, and you will.

  • The point is that this little clip of the video is pushing religion as a "cure" for meth addiction. That's the bottom line, and they even say so during the clip.

That's what pisses me off about media projects like this: they're so sneaky. They want you to turn your life and your money over to the madness of the church, so they do so by showing you a guy who they tell us is "addicted to meth".

  • I wanna see the real movie for this, does anyone have a link for me?

  • and the comment about the movie being fake: if thats what you want to think, fine. ITS THE MESSAGE THAT IS IMPORTANT. if you think this guy is faking--go watch the dolphin hump, its probly more up your alley.

  • clearly people who watch the 'dolphin hump' while in class are to dense to understand the gravity of a situation like this. no, you dont have to have a formal education to have an opinion. but you cant be a complete moron and expect your opinion to make a difference. and who cares anyway...there are plenty of ignorant people who happen to have an 'education.'

  • I have seen the effects of meth on relatives and people in my community, the fact that the trailer mentions the power of prayer is not a "schill" for the church. this is a devastating drug, and when someone you love is dying you get strength wherever you can. this documentary shows what happens when meth takes over your life, you can bet my whole family will see it.

  • people need to upload more clips like this. I prefer funnier stuff myself, check out dolphinhump. lostfrog . com , I laughed so hard I got kicked out of class! haha.

  • Ok im a nurse and i see people dying every week from the effects of drugs on the body. Its REAL and its terrible to watch not only the patient but the family, how much they suffer! Meth KILLS! It has nothing to do with "good little sheepies" Aluminamfoilhat is obviously extremely PARANOID! Just look at his name!

  • AluminumFoilHat, are you thinking at all? His MI's & CHF was induced by his meth addiction!

  • because he likes the song asshole. Don't be a prick.

  • This prob sounds rude, but which song is it thats playing in the background? thanks

  • y should it matter. y wud u ask such a question on such DOCUMENTARY??

  • Sure, it may not be the main point of the documentary (which i havent overlooked or degraded in the least) but it must be somewhat significant or they wouldn't have had a song playing in the background would they?! Anyways my point was not to offend anyone or try to bring up something which was unimportant or seemingly materialistic. So im sorry if that is how my wondering of which song it was came across.

  • ok i guess then im sorry on my behalf.

  • 55 mark doing the ole ll cool j move.

  • Meth is a nightmare... don't get me wrong. But what I'm arguing against here is the use of deceptive "documentaries" to corral our behavior, like good little "sheeple".

What's more, this video is a push for the "power of prayer". It's a schill for the church.

  • The *point* of the documentary is to show the horrors of meth with the hope that it will prevent others from even considering doing it. This is a no-brainer, dude. All the other issues you are pointing out are trivial in this respect.

  • You people still haven't realized the psychotic extent to which absolutely nothing can be trusted these days. Through the magic of modern media technology, there are popping up more and more little tin gods emerging who are drooling at the chops obsessed with the lascivious pleasure of trying to see if they can control everything you think and do, just because it flatters them to do so.

  • Have you hear of LOGIC, REASON and FREE WILL... I A NOT A **** SHEEP AND I USE SOUND JUDGMENT WHEN ARRIVING TO OPINIONS. YOUR TONE CAUSES YOU TO COME OFF AS A POMPOUS, NOT IT ALL ASS WHICH YOU PROBABLY ARE. IF YOU THINK EVERYONE IN THE WORLD IS SO STUPID AND CAN'T FORMULATE AN EDUCATED OPINION ON SOMETHING THEN I SUGGEST YOU GET HELP! HAVING THAT TYPE OF OPINION OF OTHER IS FOR ONE RUDE AND TWO, TOTALLY OFF BASE AND FALSE!

  • You never hear about this from weed.

    Stay natural.

  • You know Shawn started out with weed. weed is a gateway drug. weed is also good if used right. I have never done it cuz i watched what it was doing to Shawn and our family. I have never touched a drug in my life. and i thank Shawn for that all drugs can tear familys apart.

  • First of all, this is all a scam. This guy is no "meth addict": he's not covered in sores, and his face does not look like a skeleton, the way that true meth addicts look. What this is, is yet another American "public service" conspiracy that has hired actors to try and get the dregs of America to stop making and doing their own highly toxic drugs, and to instead rely upon multi-trillion-dollar pharmaceutical companies to supply them their highly toxic drugs instead. Everything is a lie.

  • Must everyone be a skeptic? Jesus, just drink your green tea (since it fights cancer, according to studies funded by tea manufacturers). There will always be someone out to get you in anything. But this is NOT a bad thing. Nowhere in this movie does it suggest we should take our "highly toxic pharmaceutical" drugs. If you think meth is safer than the stuff they hand out at the pharmacy, then go buy some and start an experiment.

  • They don't have to come right and tell us outright that they want us to be dependent and ruined by their pharmaceutical drugs, because that's a given in today's society. Also, my point here is that in today's world, you can't trust anybody who claims they're here to "help" you, because everybody's just trying to enslave and exploit everybody else.

  • WOW DUDE!!!! Good luck in life with that pessimistic attitude. It aint gonna get you no where!

  • The dude is bedridden. How long do you think it's been since he's gotten his hands on any meth? Of course his sores have healed. And the iv is probably pumping him full of nutrients, hoping to save his life. That doesn't change the internal damage done.

  • thanks randomangela to let you know you are right the IV that went to shawn was pumping meds in him to keep his heart going if shawn went more then 3 days with out it he would of died. he also had a feeding tube and a cath. I had to help change this stuff all the time. all i have to say is i hope AluminumFoilHat dont ever have to see some one he loves go though what shawn did and what we did.

    Shawns brother

  • You certainly lack education on the subject of Meth. I suggest you open a book, take a college course or something on the subject before you try to sound like an expert on Methamphetamine use and addiction.

  • @AluminumFoilHat I think your hat is on too tight.

  • Who gives a rats ass about him. Its his own stupid ass fault.

  • I for one cared about him. And shawn never said that it was not his fault. He just wanted to get the word out so some little kid or adult alike woulnd do what he did.

  • It's all his fault for being stupid enough to get mixed up with meth in the first place.

  • Hell yeah.

  • oh my gosh... poor guy

  • RIP shawn. i live in charleston, illinois, so ive seen a ton of people like this. so so sad.
