i'm just startin out and of all the videos and so called experts i've watched this guy explains it the best and clearest for a beginner with the most honesty, really helpfull.
Hi mryorkielover. How do i personally message Leroy, as he has been a huge inspiration to me throughout my training, a TRUE BODYBUILDING LEGEND. of proper true grit, determination, & old school blood sweat & tears, All the very best to you Mr Colbert,
& still a huge INSPIRATION a GREAT EMBASSADOR who tells it as it is GodBless.
Genetics, IMO, is a bigger factor than anything you "do". Some people can work out once and bulk up... others go to the gym their whole lives & never gain a pound.
So true. I'm training already for 2 years and 5 months (not profesionaly). It takes aprox 7 - 8 days of recovery and 1 to 5 days to recharge for me. And there are these periods (lol) when I feel a need to recharge aprox for a month. I'm using only protein from my food. Not buying anything. I'm getting results. Default 2 weeks routine basically. mhh.. Why am I writing this? :D
This man speaks the truth! I refused to slow down this summer, my 3rd year of strict weight training. Even when my bench press dropped 40 lbs in a month, I refused to believe I needed time off... I woke up one day surrounded by paramedics, and I haven't lifted for almost 3 months and won't get to even ease into it again until next year. Don't be afraid to dial it down because you can max out and lose everything you built like me.
i leave 4 whole days per muscle. i feel so eager to get back to train that muscle after 4 days... i cud EASILY train after 3 days rest... 4 seems a day too long.. but is 4 better? im gaining weight and musce mass and eating 6/7 meals a day carbs protein the lot. am i doing this right.
OK NOW SOMEONE TELL ME HOW MANY DAYS I SHOULD REST IM GAINING WEIGHT AND MUSCLE MASS AND IM LEAVING 4 WHOLE DAYS BETWEEN EACH MUSCLE. IM FEELING REAL READY TO TRAIN AGAIN AFTER 4 DAYS...ALMOST EAGER TO GET IN THE GYM..BUT SHOULD I WAIT THAT EXTRA DAY ?
@Cr4zYH3aD enzymes are very effective. they will help your body digest foods easier and they will help you maximize the absorbtion of all the nutrients-make sure you buy a enzyme supplement that has all 9 types of enzymes because each type of enzyme digests different types of foods.
Respect!!!

I would like to hear about the digestive system and why should I take enzymes, are they really effective ?
