After been tierd of WoW for over 3 years now, but haven´t found a greater mmorpg, I finnaly found WAR, it´s awesome. The RvR (PvP) is fantastic the graphics are great and I can´t find anything that WoW beats WAR in ( besides as mentioned the PvE)

war beats wow in any means graficly and in players people get more into war then they do wow , and no they didnt leve most just changed servers

good review, to just add the point about the similar looks in appearance in regards to armour. Warhammer isn't a lonely hero vs the world kinda game its a pvp armiy forged together to confront the opposing army on the battlefield. If you were to see British troops fighting in Iraq u could easily tell they are British by their uniform. That's what makes warhammer so great, people can look at any class and say, yes that's an empire warrior priest, that's a dark elves blackguard.

The Game Is Great! I am very pleased with it and a review I agree with. The PvE is just the basic MMO thing so looks weak compared to the large scale PvP (RvR) which is awesome. The point on armour is correct though it isn't helped by the fact there are popular colours for armour when you dye it (armour dying is good but makes you look similar to those with the same colour armour). Overall a good review and a good game I would highly recommend! Speaking as a ex WOW player this is a better game!

No.. Warhammer sucks.. Lots of eploits that people started using more and more now lately. Lots of bugs. Bugs they fix, and then the bugs come back in another patch. Imbalance.. seriosuly.. mythic favorism of destruction side is obvious. Game engine is just questionable. Sort of stupid move. Seems mythic changed their minds as well and now the balance is based on PVE and not PVP. So the whole point is wasted. I rather not go through the WoW wait again so they fix things = cancel accound.

Warhammer is still in it's first month of release. WoW was just the same. No game is perfect in any means.

And of course Destruction is favored in this story arch. Destruction is pushing the front in the story, and Order can't help but feel weak. Both, gameplay wise, are pretty identical.

First month or not, doesn't matter. They had YEARS of development before that. They designed a game and then the fanboys etc. got their will through and they completely changed how the game suppose to be. Mythic decided to make the wishes through and cash is king.

My question is; who are destruction going to battle against? Because.. and listen up now.. because out of 30 people, I am the ONLY one left playing Warhammer. TONS of people in 3 guilds quit Warhammer and killed them past 3 weeks.

Now matter how long they spend developing it they dont know how its going to turn out when the game goes live do they? Every new MMO has teething problems, they fix as much as they can in development, but when the MMO goes live theres always something they havent taken into account

Then again, maybe you are US Warhammer. I am in Euro. And on top of all this, GOA does a really poor job. Why Mythic choose GOA again noone understand since they did a piss poor job with DAOC. But one thing for sure, tons of people just level to tier 4 and suddenly nothing is fun anymore. Everyone is clear on that Tier 1-3 WAS fun. So something is very wrong with Tier 4. People are also rather leveling alts in hope something will change with T4.. but it never seem to.

And I better also point out, that it took Blizzard 2 years to even bother fixing stupid stuff. It took them also 2 years to make a real attempt fixing the classes a "little" better.

So is it the game and both sides of players making it, or is the idea that order side are suppose to pay to entertain destruction players?

Take DE witches for example. At lvl 30 they have 480-500 dps! Not even my 40 epic SW got nowhere near that! Go figure when they kill a RP in 8 seconds with heals on top like mad.

I'd have to say that the whole issue with the DPS of a DE Witch Elf is based solely on the Tactics that they have active and the Talent Trees that they take.

And if you did play a Rune Priest, I am sorry. RP's are very squishy healers.

Actually.. 1.2 real notes haven't been out that long since before 2 weeks back afaik. But I am surprised they do this now. Maybe they feel people leaving the game or likely and tie it together with what is expressed on warhammeralliance. Anyway.. a needed nerf.. But maybe too late. Destro side are ahead on 50+ RR. Most WE's tell they have 60+ RR. Order side is way behind because of Mythics fekkup.

Yeah that might be. I only played it up until level 14 or so but I thought the level up process was decently easy, but again I only played up to that point.  I'm not sure up to anything beyond that.

imo I don't think the pve is an issue at all. The developers even said. There is pve for those that strictly don't like pvp however the game is solely based off of pvp/RvR. Same as how many pvpers in WoW complain about the pvp in that game even though the game was meant more for pve.

Yeah, but to those who want to try and level strictly on PvE, the system is a little weak. Hell, I've even tried myself.
