Well no seriously i know people say its not overpowered but i see it like this, kinda is it easy to hit with it since the range is pretty big, also the resistence with the shield is unbeliveable, the other thing the last time i have seen so many vids about one object of a class was before the Dead Ringer of the Spy got weaker, and there are really a hell of those vids. Also kinda impossible to kill a Demo with the Eyelander in Face to Face battle, every class kinda gets the head sliced off

Actually, if you keep your wits about you, you can waste a demo charging with little effort, just remember to use fire and explosives as a last resort. Scouts can easily dodge, and close range is their specialty, so little threat there. Soldiers need to remember to soften them with the shotgun first, pryos can ignite, airblast and axtinguish them, engie's sentry pushback really f***s their charge, medics have no problems as long as their doing their job. As for the others, hell, I don't know....

Ignite + CB + Axtinguish works perfectly. I've killed like 5 demos charging at me with that tactic :D

Bullshit.

Heavies, soldier, pyro's, engies, spy's, scouts, snipers (if they're competent close range), hell even medics can beat down a shield/sword demoman.

The only class that should have even a remote trouble against a sword/shield would be regular demoman, and even then, he still has his bottle.

You're just shit at the game if you think that its hard for all the classes to come up against a sword demo, they're cake if you have brains.

@DGconnection first off, calm down. i dont play it anymore, i wasnt playing it since several updates and for sure if you would look it up sometimes you can see that the eyelander demo is pwning every class in close range no matter how much chance they have, i was observing long enought to judge it my way and not even someone like you who cant even control himself i will keep by my opinion, also i just think you are one of the eyelander player so whatever

How would you know how "impossible" it is to kill a shield demo when you haven't played the game for several updates...? Observation isn't enough to determine something like that.

And no, I main soldier in competitive 8's, and in gameplay overall. I've already crafted the shield and swords I had found.

Scout is not so easy for n00bs and has a high skill floor. Demoman has a high skill ceiling and scout as a medium skill ceiling.
