when you throw straw on your potatoes, do you put it all on at once, or a little at a time?

@the1969info  I try to put it on all at once. This year I ran out of straw, so just have enough to cover them. I need to get out and mulch them again as some are getting pretty big.

How cold did it get inside there? The plants are looking good. With so many peppers, I'm guessing you sell them? Good job Joe!

@mhpgardener 37 degrees is my lowest temp so far. Woke up to 2 inches of snow on the ground today. grr Have 2 layers of row cover over them so they should be ok. Its not all that cold right now. Yup I sell veggies to pay for my addiction. :}
