This is not the European PAL version of the game. The music is too fast and the game is running in NTSC 60hz when it should be in PAL 50hz. I myself have this exact game and it isn't in such a rush like in this version.

@Adam060756 - Yes, this is indeed the European PAL version of the game. I personally own the game itself and recorded it straight from my Genesis (I am able to play it on a US Genesis with the Mega Key Converter)....

@liquidpolicenaut Ah that explains it then, you played it in an American Genesis. Funny because i'm the opposite, I got the Japanese Rockman compilation cartridge and I play it in my PAL European Mega Drive and the music is just a little bit slower and that's why I thought you were playing an American copy.

This is a rare game indeed. It only came through the store I worked at once in the four years I worked there.
