What year was this? Back in 1989 they were called squad leaders and one flight leader, the six weeks time goes by rather quickly though. And the TI could push you or get physical with a trainee one of our squad leaders was choked until he passed out. No one got recycled only one discharged because he liked starring at guys in the shower, this was way before don't ask don't tell.
