The fight this is mocking bugged me the same way, why would you waste so much energy punching over and over, this parody nailed that for me. Ip Man 2, however, kinda loses it simply because in the original plan, they planned on focusing the Ip Man - Bruce relationship, they even began a worldwide hunt for Bruce actor before Ip Man 1. But they couldn't work out a deal with the remaining Bruce family so they end up putting that meh story.
