@KittyKatSpanker It does mean something because many intelligence organizations change their names and hide their pasts, but it's the same people and methods. The Russian FSB is the Soviet KGB, which was also the NKVD, FGB, GPU, OGPU, and Cheka. The NYPD "Red Squad" has changed it's name at least forty times since it started in the 1890s. Those that don't know these things would buy that the OSA is different from the GO; they would be dead wrong.
