Is this man ever honest? He talk's alot about cutting cost by stop legal action towards doctors. This is not true, I am in the legal business; people who file lawsuits on doctors rarely win. The doctors have to do something extremely harmful, to loose . I know a judge who has been on the bench for 30 years and seen hundreds of medical malpractice cases, he has only found for the plaintiff once. So people who start talking about tort reform will cut cost are just blowing hot air.
