One night I was laying down on the buggy trailer wheel track when this flash up there caught my attention. It was a bright glow, that changed at what appeaed as 1/4 inch out it got noticeably fainter but stil la glowing ring, expanding outward another step down in glow power to finally make what looked like a target pattern of 4 rings.
