1. Locate your Temporary Internet Files folder (usually on C at Documents and Settings\(User)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) and put a shortcut on your desktop.

2. Clear the temp files using Internet Options.

3. Open the video on IE and let it load all the way through. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER.

4. Open the temp folder. The video should be the largest file (.FLV). Copy and save somewhere else.

5. Play with any viewer that supports FLV, like VLC.

Works for me on WinXP.
