I finallyyyyy recorded my 98. It's got half the cats, straight-piped with 3 inch pipe out the back. It nice and loud, but under heavy load just sounds like a whip cracking, but I'm thinking some glasspacks would make it sound real nice.

@saosurvive126 is yours single or dual exit? i just went from rear cat delete into a glasspack to a straight pipe after cats on my single exit and it has that cracking sound, a almost shit myself when i first took off haha

@bykerboy223 Mine was true-duals with an X-pipe, rear cat-delete, no mufflers/glasspacks, and it exited into 3 inch tips out the back. Right now it's a true-dual with an H-pipe, dual xcelerator turbo mufflers, and side exits before the rear tire. It sounds great. Check out my page, I have a few videos of it posted. I love the way 4.6L engines sound with the exhausts opened up.
