wow, good job guys.. Bus didn't have the necesity of talking, he expressed so much with his facial expresion... good job with the story, I liked it so much (:
We use a Panasonic DV Camera (DVX100B), edit on a Apple G5 Powermac with Final Cut Pro, and we use a low-professional level shotgun microphone (Audio Technica 897). The setup's served us very well. Thanks for the kind words too.
Terrific work Jeff, Eric and Bob (and crew too)! The story of the parallel universes of kids and adults could not have been told more vividly. Touching and well acted without self-consciousness. And the various audio levels based on which room you were made you feel like you were there. Wow. I hope to see much more.
Though it's normally not my style, you guys have written some truly unique and exceptional stuff. The vibe this short captures I wouldn't go looking for personally, but I love how you guys pull it off. The added bonus is that I've followed you guys through a lot of your YouTube career and it's so cool to see you progress! Keep it up!
That lace curtain at the end being pulled shut and moving back and forth in the breeze -- it really brings up poignant feelings about the end of childhood --- and then flashes of Bus in the credits -- still being a little boy -- but we know it isn't going to last ---- gaaaad -- I think I'm going to cry!
And there will be plans for various spin-offs such as "Bus Goes to Vegas" and "Bus And The Curse Of The Mummy Prince" And in late 2014, a theatrical release of "There Will Be Bus" will be released in theaters and Imax everywhere.
Very interesting video. I particularly like the way you guys did so much storytelling without dialog. Also, it's cool to see you guys trying other things besides comedy and parodies. Nice job!
Every one of your movies that I've seen have been really well made. You guys at ubseymovies are on a higher caliber than some of the people in Hollywood. Keep it up!
i really enjoy the theme to this video..... its well shot and........ really cool... I like how you explore things than just comedy. Your directing and movie making is just awesome! Keep up the good work you guys :)

That was funny. I don't know why your videos get more views because they're better than most of the garbage I watch on youtube.

Jeff I thought it was a stretch you trying to play a 12 year old but it WORKED -- maybe it was the haircut (grins - huffs and polishes her nails).
This is a great little movie.
Your dad is a good actor too!

Awesome work, guys. Though I liked the messages and serious stuff, I wish you'd do more sunday morning movies. I still laugh at Curse of the Clown.

You guys are obviously masters of movie making. You can make a comedy, or something touching like this, and it'll come out superb no matter what.
