It's a daruma doll. You give the doll as a sign of luck and goal setting. When you recive it, it has no pupils in it's eyes, only white. When you decide to set a goal, you fill in one of the eyes. Then whenever you see the one eyed daruma, you remeber your goal and are remined to reach it. When you fulfill your goal you fill in the other eye. So it'd be first instinct for a Japanese player to fill in the eye, but it goes right over our heads as Americans who have never heard of them

They have a small daruma doll and when I asked what it was they told me. Then I played Okami and was like "Aaaa! I know that doll!"

its not always the same rock, plus it has to be nighttime. try the rocks nearby the one you slash, you should be able to find him. Oh, btw, defeat Oni Island before trying to finish him. Trust me.

As for keeping the tablet from one game to the next, you can't. You need to buy the tablet in Sei-an from the emperor as soon as it's available to get that bead :<

The second line ( 2__ ) must draw down of the first with the same way not to close to the first!Making the third Line it's a bit difficult (3|).Try to draw the third line ( 3 / ) like this, The 3d line should start from the first Line ( 1__ ) and end with a little "Curl"-like dog's tail-The 4th Line (4 \ ) must start from the 2d line...just try not to move quiqly and many the wii's controler.May this help!

Yeah. After defeating Ninetails, you go back to the queens place and go behind it to the pond. The assistant will ask for rain. You draw a line from the water to the 4 big rocks in the sea. Nuregami will then give you the power for Rain, which is two vertical lines going down, like so:
After the city In Cost lands the first if the set of three Islands, going from left to right, on your left has a hole you have to dig up with digging 2. in the hole there will be the /spider Queen. Kill her and leave. then go back in and there will be a long string of Demon gates for you to kill. should be 10 of them, I think. I do not remember, sorry.^^
For the 3rd bead in Gale Shrine, I went there before going to Kamui, so i think that's the earliest you can go there. But yeah. (^^) just to warn people (or tell) the Satomi 5 all attack together, and then the boss dog guy. They can double jump, and attack just as fast as you now, so your only advantage is you brush and any distance between you and the warriors. (for people who's their first time playing through) I recomend having lots of holy bones, and tons of time. It can be so slow.

Ok. it's the same in all 3 trials. You beat 1 demon gate 10 times in each cave. if you go out of the spider cave, you'll have to start all over again. something i had to find out the hard way. the last one is in Wep'keer. (You probably haven't got there yet.

There are 3 demon gate trials in all. Don't think it's a glitch when they just keep appering. It's supposed to happen. You have to defeat 10 of then and then the stray bead will appear.

Yea. Like many youtubers told me, you should use a marker and write the numbers 1-8 on the places of the spots when they appear. I already got the Stray Bead necklace, so i know all of this. XD good luck!
You don't have to use a marker, it just makes it easier. You get the stray bead necklace. it gives you infinite health, infinate ink, and attack power X10. Sooo in other words, makes the game very easy when you beat it.

Ok. you get the last stray bead when you beat the game... yea probably not what you expected. and the tree that is not ripe just has a treasure inside. you get the necklace automatically after you beat the game if you have all the stray beads. i know! that marlin was hard to catch! you have to slash it 3 times... but it doesn't give you a stray bead. just to tell you. it gives you the wind upgrade.
the last bead i have to get is #78. i finished the game once already. and i am just wondering but what cant u keep when u replay the game? i know u cnt keep the last 3 weapons but what about the items that u buy with demon fangs?

you can keep everything you buy with demon fangs except the water tablet. and fire tablet. Weird. the marlin was pretty easy for me. i got it on my first try, but it did take a while.

Ok, you know the demon fang trader the emporer? after you beat oni island. after you beat ninetales, you will be returned to the Watcher's Cape. You can go back to the emporer then and buy the water tablet for 100 demon fangs. the water tablet will only be available after you beat ninetales. after you buy it from the emporer, equip it and get that stray bead!! it lets you walk on water so you can go against the current.
after queen himiko died (or whatever her name is) her grave is behind her palace and her servant asks you to bless her so you use the water technique you already have after this, you get the rain technique ,and you have any questions feel free to ask me
stray bead 48 is bullshit! i keep on drawing the V on the kimono, but the guy never says It just might make someting happen. He just keeps saying yes yes! I tried it for 1 hour and it still didn't work!. Someone plz help me!
How about using the brush like a pencil and draw a V without pausing to draw the other side? If you think that's hard try getting the last drawing down...If you ever get through this, you draw a clover next. If you own a wii then that makes sense why you have trouble with it. I hope this helps so far...

I got a question for you... how do you get the girl to think of another design? I did the star and got the message but she stills thinks of the same design over and over. She won't think of something else.
Its been some time now...I got the bead from the girl. It appears that the guy has to say one more thing. "You showed my great skill on this design" after the message. The "V" was easy, but the Word "Heaven" (Japaniess writen) was not. Its the last patteren she thinks of. The Hardest bead to get for me was Spider Gate 3. Boy did I have it coming when Waka x 2 and Evil Ryo x2, then both at once x 2 came and then Nagi x 3. That was one hell of a fight, be prepared when you fight in this gate.
one question plz. you get the tundra beads in the ark of yamato, the thunder blade from orochi, and solar flare from the godsd after obtaining blizzard...but when you start new game with all ur stuff, you don't have those 3 anymore, any way i can keep them without losing them?

About the drawings, try to begin in a different point of the star. I've had no difficulty with them.
About Camille and Camellia, you need to find them first in Kamiki (past Sakuya's gate) and then they will appear in Sei'an.

There are 3 demon gate trials in all. Don't think it's a glitch when they just keep appering. It's supposed to happen. You have to defeat 10 of then and then the stray bead will appear.

Yea. Like many youtubers told me, you should use a marker and write the numbers 1-8 on the places of the spots when they appear. I already got the Stray Bead necklace, so i know all of this. XD good luck!

You don't have to use a marker, it just makes it easier. You get the stray bead necklace. it gives you infinite health, infinate ink, and attack power X10. Sooo in other words, makes the game very easy when you beat it.

ok. is the necklace in the tree fruit that is not ripe when u first see it in the north coast? and hey how the hell do u catch the Marlin on the north coast? i did give the rod to the fisherman and i have tried to catch it but the most cuts i can give it is two. i lose life too quickly. can u help me there?

Ok. you get the last stray bead when you beat the game... yea probably not what you expected. and the tree that is not ripe just has a treasure inside. you get the necklace automatically after you beat the game if you have all the stray beads. i know! that marlin was hard to catch! you have to slash it 3 times... but it doesn't give you a stray bead. just to tell you. it gives you the wind upgrade.

the last bead i have to get is #78. i finished the game once already. and i am just wondering but what cant u keep when u replay the game? i know u cnt keep the last 3 weapons but what about the items that u buy with demon fangs?
and ya i know about the marlin i am just getting a bit steamed i cnt catch it that is all.

you can keep everything you buy with demon fangs except the water tablet. and fire tablet. Weird. the marlin was pretty easy for me. i got it on my first try, but it did take a while.

Ok, you know the demon fang trader the emporer? after you beat oni island. after you beat ninetales, you will be returned to the Watcher's Cape. You can go back to the emporer then and buy the water tablet for 100 demon fangs. the water tablet will only be available after you beat ninetales. after you buy it from the emporer, equip it and get that stray bead!! it lets you walk on water so you can go against the current.

after queen himiko died (or whatever her name is) her grave is behind her palace and her servant asks you to bless her so you use the water technique you already have after this, you get the rain technique ,and you have any questions feel free to ask me

stray bead 48 is bullshit! i keep on drawing the V on the kimono, but the guy never says It just might make someting happen. He just keeps saying yes yes! I tried it for 1 hour and it still didn't work!. Someone plz help me!

How about using the brush like a pencil and draw a V without pausing to draw the other side? If you think that's hard try getting the last drawing down...If you ever get through this, you draw a clover next. If you own a wii then that makes sense why you have trouble with it. I hope this helps so far...

You need to have a move called Digging Champ. Go to the dojo in Ryoshima Coast to learn it. It costs 30,000 yen.

I have a problem with bead 44 I remember opening the chest after beating all the gates and getting the bead but it refuses to show on the stray bead list. I've redone the gates 3 different times and I haven't recieved the bead again D: how to i get it back?

omg fighting the canine warriors was sooo fun! I had a weird error in the game that made me headless, then after the battle, all the canine warriors were headless, and princess fuse was in the ground O.o lol it was so weird!

Its been some time now...I got the bead from the girl. It appears that the guy has to say one more thing. "You showed my great skill on this design" after the message. The "V" was easy, but the Word "Heaven" (Japaniess writen) was not. Its the last patteren she thinks of. The Hardest bead to get for me was Spider Gate 3. Boy did I have it coming when Waka x 2 and Evil Ryo x2, then both at once x 2 came and then Nagi x 3. That was one hell of a fight, be prepared when you fight in this gate.

one question plz. you get the tundra beads in the ark of yamato, the thunder blade from orochi, and solar flare from the godsd after obtaining blizzard...but when you start new game with all ur stuff, you don't have those 3 anymore, any way i can keep them without losing them?
