Because they are playing with Baroque tuning, the pitch sounds a half-step lower.

A favorite of mine, thanks for posting. I bought this music many years ago and it had an oboe instead of a cello which imo sounded better. Unfortunately, only the cello version is now available on CD/MP3.

Another good Vivaldi concerto with an organ solo is the Double Orchestra Concerto, for violins, recorders, cello & organ, in A, RV 585.
