Eating alot of nuts and other fats, taking an oral arginine supplement (not proven to work) and just simple things like at your last set of every excersize hold and squueze the weight for 20 seconds. there are so many things cant cover them all here man. good luck

The story of squat and deadlift increasing testosterone is a myth. There is a response but it lasts a very short time, something like 1h .
BTW while I think about it, I read a study that said that 1.5g of vit C per day increased the test/cortisol ratio by 25%.
