Circ were, Alexander Spelt & Madeline Zero (aka Madeline lane) she's american trance music singer and songwriter. She is perhaps best known for her vocals on the 2003 Club Anthem Destroy She Said with American Producer Alexander Perls. The two met in New York City and operated under the name CIRC, releasing an album called Electric Love in Germany in 2003. I am not so sure what message her song is trying to give but all of this sounds so inappropriate. First, she stages everything that happened in the "accident" of the Twin Towers (9/11), then she is dressed immensely demonic beneath the "Hostage in chains", and last she says "Don't try again to make amends (meaning: Improvement, recovery as in health), you'll just end up sinking"..Okay, I admit, the sing SOUNDS hip but it's the words that matter. considering this was made in the 1990's, the techno for this realm was perfect. it has a perfect rythem with light beat, and with a repetetive voice witch occurs in most techno songs but this is some of the best techno made in those days. now,... we have hardcore or jumpstyle witch is basically crap. i can not stand a ton of electronic and random loud noises. the soft techno pleases the mind. thats what i see in my eyes... i dont know about the rest of you... but thumbs up :) thanks for the vid.

"Underground" is somewhat of a sought after music genre by some people, who feel their status is elevated by being "in the know" about a group that has very good music but is not popular with mainstream culture.
