Those are not even partial squats...you need to go lower, lower, lower...remove one plate from each side and go lower. Also, you should remove the padding...
165 lbs, 15yo. Got this really rather easily for 8 reps after a long sprinting workout (200m x 10). My bodyfat has got to be below 8% because I really have little if any.
How old are you? You seem like you need to gain weight. Not on the bar, though... drop some there and squat until thy ass hits 'the grass' (parallel).
I know the problem, though. I had gotten up to 270lbs. on the squat when someone pointed out I wasn't going parallel. Since then I've had to play pickup. It does suck.
