  • 165 lbs, 15yo. Got this really rather easily for 8 reps after a long sprinting workout (200m x 10). My bodyfat has got to be below 8% because I really have little if any.

    How old are you? You seem like you need to gain weight. Not on the bar, though... drop some there and squat until thy ass hits 'the grass' (parallel).

    I know the problem, though. I had gotten up to 270lbs. on the squat when someone pointed out I wasn't going parallel. Since then I've had to play pickup. It does suck.

  • wow...i'm only 140pds. and can do this perfect form 5 times. I know for all of you who can do 425 5 times with a perfect form are probably laughing at me. However, I only worked out for about 4 months to get that =D and I maxed out at 135 when I started. Plus, I'm only 15 now
