you gotta be careful for these types of advertisements from africa. They have a problem with people in africa advertising houses or land. selling it to you. then you find out that it was not their house in the beginning. Or they give pictures of properties that don't exist and they take money for them and you never hear from them again. so be careful.

africa is made up of 53 countries mate with different economic nuances..so you wont have a level rent price. This is Ghana...in consideration of where it is located, it should be about 1000 dollars a month.
