@earlashes18 it looks to me like she is using copic markers. Dont buy them if you dont know how to use them they are very expensive from 4 dollar a marker. To 800+. As for the pencil seems like a n2. check my channel

they are copic markers (most likely) they are your BEST FRIEND when you're an artist like this, though they are veeeeeeery expensive! A little more than $50 for just 12 markers.
