manning thought he got cut (like a scrape or a bloody cut) so he gave him a first aid kit. then the guy whispers to him that no he didnt get a "cut" he got actually cut from a team. so he says "cut cut". sometimes when 1 word means 2 different things, we say it the first time and the person doesnt understand, so the second time we say it, we say the word twice meaning the words' other definition- (<-- just in case you arent familiar with the english language)
