At this time, there is a lawyer working on the case. The Santa Ana Police Department continues to refuse to give details. A protest march took place during the Black History Month Parade back in February, but the participants were required to remain silent, since the parade was sponsored by the city.
The men walked in suits, with mouths bandaged in protest. There was a booth set-up where information was given out to the curious.
