as of now i really don't follow any church as all i see are just beliefs that humans created to believe in something grater than them, you have to remember that if you were born thousands of years ago you could have believed in hundreds of gods like Zeus or some other religion, these are all creations that we humans created and believed in after we studied them, now i want to ask why does the Vatican doesn't use the billions of dollars it has to help the hungry world? In the Acts the original Apostles mention the Lord's Day, which is Sunday, the day Jesus Christ rose. The original Christians began celebrating on Sunday in honor of Him. If it was good enough for them two thousand years ago, then it should be good enough for you.

It was a Sunday when the Holy Spirit descended on the Pentecost. Peter observed the Sabbath in Troas on a Sunday in Acts 20.

We need to contemplate what Jesus did while on our planet earth, not to bash anyone that has a faith, I firmly believe in the Catholic Faith, born and raised in the faith. Then one day in my early 20's turned to protestant beliefs, tried to make sense of it. and a few other faiths, all emptiness I found. So in amount of time turned pagan. Just slowly getting stronger in the Catholic Faith, just give the Catholic Church a few times view what we believe, ask any questions a lay person or priest.

Jesus is lending his "rocklike" qualities to Simon as teacher of the entire church. And the "Keys" are not a mandate for spreading the Gospel (that was the Great Commision), but to have authority in the church.

Mary needed a Savior, just like all sinners! (Romans 3:23) - For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. [All] would include Mary.
Second, the phrase "full of grace" occurs only twice in the NT and neither is referring to Mary.LOL. See John 1:14 (It is speaking of Jesus. & Acts 6:8 (It is speaking of Stephen). LOL.

The 1st Church was established in Jerusalem & St.James was the 1st Bishop of it, but was still under the jurisdiction of St. Peter.
If U read the account of the 1st council in Jerusalem in Acts, U see that Peter settles the debate, even though he's the visiting bishop. Even after he speaks, Paul, Barnabas & James all speak & tie in what they said with Peter. Also 1 Pet. 5:13 he greets the Church from Babylon, keyword for Rome.

Neither Mary nor any Saints have the authority to move anything in Heaven or Earth. Only Christ has this authority along with the Father. Keep praying to Mary and the "Saints" if you want to. My money is on Jesus as he IS the intercessor.

as of now i really don't follow any church as all i see are just beliefs that humans created to believe in something grater than them, you have to remember that if you were born thousands of years ago you could have believed in hundreds of gods like Zeus or some other religion, these are all creations that we humans created and believed in after we studied them, now i want to ask why does the Vatican doesn't use the billions of dollars it has to help the hungry world? Roman Catholics do very much believe in the Bible! We put it in form, preserved it, interpreted it, translated it, and brought it to the peoples of every continent. Look up the invention of the printing press, if it were not for Catholics hand copying each and every Bible then the world would not have a single one today! The Bible is read at every Mass! Catholics do recognize sacred tradition as well, but we can because we have an unbroken chain back to the Risen Lord himself!

Protestants are confused Catholics. Who is responsible for the New Testament? Protestants? No. Catholics? Yes. Sola Scriptura is nowhere taught in Scripture, nowhere even implied. Where was the truth of Christ first deposited? In a book? Protestants view the deposit as being placed soley in the Bible. Yet, there was no established NT canon for nearly the first four centuries of the early Church. Apostolic tradition came before the Canon - which was approved by Catholics.

Unlike some I do agree that Peter was in Rome at the end of his life and was martyred there. But there is absolutely no proof that Peter was ever Bishop of Rome.
Peter was an apostle to the JEWS not the Gentiles (Gal 2:7-8) so being Bishop of a Gentile church was not his God given ministry and what’s more you avoided the implication of Peter not being there.
