  • thats cool in the beggining. i didnt know you could spread it out like that

  • hi, this is really nice, i tried to do it but all i got is the nail polish drops in the middle of the water, they didnt spread, i tryed cold, hot and room temperature water but no luck, u r amazing making it look so easy, pls tell me what am i doing wrong, thank you

  • Can Yuu Do This Witth Gliter Polishes

  • this is a good video

  • this is a good video

  • another PPPUUURRRTTAYYY design! :))

  • I never finish my nail polish before they go bad, so I don't mind using like half a bottle to do nail marbling. At least I get to use everything I paid for lol

  • jak sie to robi

  • you're cool. :-D

  • mine doesnt spread

  • @101luvluvluv either the type of nail polish is wrong, the room is too warm, or the water is too hot or cold

  • can you do all 10 nails if you use a bigbowl so you dont waste the rest of the nail polish

  • How many nails can you put at the same time? just one?

  • @JuanaLuisaWilson no. try for as many as you can fit!

  • can you do this with paint

  • hi... i have a few questions... were did u get that clear plastic nail and how much was it? how long does the nail last, like does it peel of or anything? and do you have any tips oon wat company of nailpolishes to use? thx :D and i love the design.

    ~ <3 ~

  • @MsSparkles21 try beauty nail supply stores or even wal mart. a box of 100 can be anywhere from $5 to $10 depending on the brand. if its sealed with a clear top coat it wont peel off and last several days. most brands work, just stay away from the fast drying ones

  • First, great water marbling tutorial! Second, what brand of nail polish are you using? Third, how do you make your acrylic nail stay onto your toothpick/skewer when you put it into the water?

  • wat kind of nail polish is best for this? cuz i used china glaze and it just sinks to the bottom

  • If you have a large enough bowl you can do your entire hand at one time.

  • @MoonlitEden that would be really messy but i dont see why it wouldnt work ...good luck with that hahaha

  • SUPER sposób !!!

  • can we do three in one time???

  • Awesome!!!

    Just to ask:

1 how do u put the nail in the water; upside down or vertically??

    2. how long should u wait till u pull the finger out?

    3. Can u put more nails at the same time? like 2 for example??

    pleaseeee answer!!!

    thanks you

  • im going to try this today but a lot of nail polish is wasted on one nail lol

  • maybe it's possible to put two or three nails into the water at the same time

  • omgg aswsome i can believe itt !!

  • that is cool same song but i give you 5 stars

  • this is awesome but how do you do a set you plan on putting on yourself?do you do all the prep work and then dip them? Once you dip them how does someone do a new design on a set they already have on-or can it be done?

  • I wonder how will i apply it to my nails. would i simply be dipping it?? how long aye? thank you! :)

  • Dip your nail in, clear out the extra nailpolish to keep from smudging, and put hand lotion around your nail to keep polish from sticking.

  • It was good in the middle..

  • i know !!!

  • great video, thanks for the tips

  • these are so cool!

  • wait so what supplies do you need and were do you by them?

  • @sushilvr234 bowl, water, nail polish, nails, toothpick ....thats pretty much it

  • where do you get this stuff?

  • i did this and turned out great! thank you for this tutorial!!!

i learned that u should'nt use too hot or too cold water, room temp or a bit warmer then room temp. is usually good :)

  • Please use regular tap water at room temperature and the nail polish itself is important so experiment until you can find combinations that work together. Glitter polishes are tricky and the nail polishes must not be fast drying. For the natural nail please put Vaseline on your hands. Then wipe the nail clean with nail polish remover or alcohol. Then apply . The nail polish will attach to the finger as well so be ready with a cotton bud and nail polish remover to wipe it off. Google oceasia

  • what why vasaline??????

  • thats normal nail polish for real?! wow i'm trying this on a phone case!

  • There are lots of other cool shapes left in the polish after you dip the first one. Why can't you dip one or two more if you dip straight down?

  • @rivynaussies you can, just be careful

  • i used cold water and mine turned out fine! x

  • What she dont answer the comments on here.. i have tried this and i could not get it to spread like that it dried to quick we managed to do some spreading but not much and we heated the water and used cheap nail polish what the heck does she use

  • I used the cheapest nailpolish I had and the quality was so bad I couldn't use it on my nails (to thin) but it worked great for marbling! :) I also had problems with the spreading, I think my water was too hot and it seemed to go better when I had used the water a few times. Good luck!

  • it dosent work with cheap nail polish, ive tried so many times, but when i used opi, it worked, and it dosent matter about the temp. of the water

  • what temp does the waterhave to be aprox?

  • @sabinameltesegurl room temp.

  • i love it i tried it out and it looked amazing, but i did have to keep trying over and over again

  • What is that stuff that is holding the nail to the stick?

Is there anyother way to hold it tere ?

  • basically anything that sticks and removable.... you can probably use blue tack or clay

  • is this normal nail polish or is it a special type??

  • its cheap kind cause it works the best

  • how to remove? ACETONE?

  • reminded me of an octopus when she was first doing the thing

  • what kind of nails do you use for the corkscrew acrylic nails

  • swietna robota :)

  • can you use polish with glitter in it??

  • yes you can also use normal glitters or those little daimant things... turns out beautifull!

  • rhinestones?

  • I HAVE DONE IT ON MY LEFT NAILS!! I need practise but it's pretty cool...i've done it wth red and orange...!!! thanks again...

  • You are the best....I've never seen that before...thanks for your advice!!! You have the word "nail polish" in my language!!! wow!! KISSES FROM GREECE!!!

  • wooow great!! is this water?

  • yeah it is, check out their website in the description box

  • That's right. Thanks for your comment. Yes, you can dip your nails into the cup instead of using a temporary tip. Note how I clear the residue from the water surface before I pull out the nail. That is a key step in the process. Google search "oceasia" because I have a step-by-step on the site. Just look for "marbling" in the list of contents. Thanks

PS what language do you speak?

    Thanks

  • If you put you're own nail in to the water, it's sitting on you're own nail, right?

    I'm sorry i'm not English. ^^

  • can u use ANY nail polish for marbling?

  • Thanks for adding your question. I use very cheap no frills nail polish. But that is not to say you can't use more expensive polish. It is just easier with the slow drying polish. Please google search "oceasia" and get some more details and photos on my marbling pages. Thanks

  • Yes you can do it on your natural nail. Just dip it straight in and be ready to clean off the residue that might stick to the finger. Have a cotton bud and nail polish remover ready to go.

    Thanks

  • instead of acrylic nail can i use my natural nails and if soo how do i dip it in?

  • Yes, it is a skewer that I stuck on with blue tack but you could use a chopstick or anything of similar shape.

    Thanks

  • @oceasianails

how do u make that your nail polish oesnt sink?

  • @oceasianails

    doesnt*

  • what did u put on the nail?is it a stick and glue??

  • oh and what did you use for the nail to stick on the stick??

  • It is called blue tack. It is used to put up posters.

  • how many times do you have to renew the water?

  • Awesome as always i've posted a couple of questions on some of ur other videos and here's a few more ... If a client wants these obviously they have to be pre done before application right? and do u just use clear acrylic over the disign to apply? and lol sorry this is the last one. i would like to c a video with just the tip done and not the whole nail...if possible.... i would like to speak with u as well if that's possible let me know...Nailtechguru

  • Hi, if the client just wants the tips done then I recommend the above process. Then attach the tips and overlay. Now I used to make these for salons and I found that the nail techs that overlayed with gel seemed to have the best success. If I made them for acrylic application there was a bit more to the process. I had to do some serious top coat and finish with a rough top coat to eliminate the need to buff the shine of the nails. We used to do rough finished tips to eliminate buffing.

  • I have tried your technique i love the results and because i am adventerous i did a full set of acrylic tips they did turn out well and i added a gel over lay over the acrylic i would love to show u the finished product. is there anyway that we can speak?
