I knew that. Gallery cab cars 4000-4020 (the older ones) have the old black patches under the main headlights while 4021-4026 (the newer handicap-accessible cab cars) do not.

That is cab 4024. Besides, if it was 4009 it would have a black patch under the headlight, where the old mars light used to be.
