Landscape Web Browse on Nook Simple Touch (No root!!)

I can NOT use the browser and I know why now because B n N don't want us to get into websites that we can download epubs of course...

Instead I'm using the iPhone n iPad without a problem

I'm betting I can w the fire as well and I know the nook tablet it works... Why mess w the simple touch?? Not fair

@ZekeAllDay0105 nothing. You can't do anything. You can Root it. If you update, you will lose the browser.

1. Click "N"

2. Press "Settings"

3. Go to "Device Info"

4. Click "About your Nook"

5. Look at software version. If it's lower than 1.1.0, restart your Nook. 1.1.0 Will get you up to date. Because in 1.1.0, they mess with the Browser. Make sure it's not 1.0.1.

good video. I haven't got mine yet but from what iv been hearing the updates are messing with the browser.

You know you can also set the browser to landscape by going to More Options > Settings from that icon at the top right, once you've accessed the browser. I mean, I can't get it to load anything properly for me, but that's the simplest way to get to landscape :)

Hello, I got a question, ¿can you connect a USB generic keyboard to the device? You should use a USB OTG adapter cord (miniUSB to female host USB) or something like that. If you have the elements, can you try if it works? Thanks!
