The only video where could calculate speed was the /watch?v=rv8TjVuaeso one because on the others it doesn't show the service box where ball bounces. Show for this one:
15frames@29.97fps
about 58feets distance ball travelled
so it's a more or less 93mph serve (150kmh)
You got a nice service motion by the way and I think u can hit it harder! Keep serving!
Omg i wish i can serve like the last guy!!! im getting there little by little been improving :P from 70mph now i changed my technique and its a lot faster now and it feels great
I think my 1st serves are around 80-100 mph.

lol my serves barely get to 105 mph , that last one , if aimed directly at me , i would def just return it in any way possible if i can XD

Aim at a cop trying to book cars for speeding. When he accuses you ask for your serve speed as evidence???
utahgs 2 years ago
so the distance is allways from the baseline or calculate +/- where you hit the ball inside the court?
very nice site that one to measure the speed and it is good for every shots...
plstrom 2 years ago
No the professional service speed is recorded within the first 3ft of the ball traveling.
