Umm... I don't remember exactly but I've beaten it a few times, 4 or 5 I think,

!!! Well you unlock the last person by beating the game 6 times (and if you beat it 5 you unlocked like 4 four of them) and I should note you don't need to keep you save files, from what I hear the last char well I know who it is, but I don't want to spoil it.
