i got 3 str on island went to the white knight under lumbt got 2x 250 xp lamps went to stronghold area got 2x 500xp lamps making have 12 str trained on chickens till 20 str and i am now going to train on cows till 40 than i went monks till 50 became memb and got red topaz machete trained with that till 60 str 4 got to mention geting 10 atkk after 30 str and 20 attk after 60 str go no higher than 20 attk

RANGE TO 40 AND TRAIN SLAYER WITH RANGE TIL YOUR RANGE is maxed out (check this on rune hq calculators combat it will help a lot) next once u have 55 slayer go to fist of guthix train mage to 50 or 27 (if 27 buy 1k emerald bolts at med price ge buy 100 cosmics and 100 nats at med price then make into emerald bolts (e) then sell for high price and u make about six thousand gp proffit and good mage xp next you will train strength high with slayer staff and also pk with it but you can pk with range

next train str to 50 at seagulls dont botherbanking they hits 0s and have 6hp then train on men or monks til 60 men if u want money pick up tallys bones runes and monks have free healing so there you go and then train at rockcrabs til 70 str then train...

you do not have to have 1 attk to be considered an obby mauler, i know that most obby maulers these days do get 5 attk, anything over 5 attk is a failed obby mauler.

Rocks are the quickest after lvl 50.

1-50 men p2p only because you can also make money! And i would get 55 slay for the slayer staff Basically a rune scim thats a tony bit weaker. But faster and 1 attack req.. just need 55 slayer hehe then you go on rockies =-D
