  • I'll let you borrow my v6 s10 blazer and if you can get it to do this with limited slip you deserve it more than I do

  • still fun to watch, over and over...

  • that aint no v8, thats the stock, maybe a TINY bit modded 4.3 v6

  • @CockBlockBrischke @CockBlockBrischke annnndddd, this is why inbreeding is illegal... be sure to check out this guy's video of his dog humping another dog while he giggles.

  • @CockBlockBrischke tone deaf? sounds like a v8 to me.

  • @CockBlockBrischke sure sounds like a v8 to me... lol

  • @CockBlockBrischke uhhhh dude ur an idiot!1 haha no fuckin 4.3 could really move those rear tires that easily!! hey word of advice... LOOK AT THIS GUYS OTHER VIDEOS DUMBASS IT PROVES ITS A V8!!!

  • they are so much fun i got 1 too just a toy now when i wanna go make some smoke lol

  • how hard does anyone think that it would be to put a clutch in a 5 speed 1984 blazer?

  • @camarolover1982 not hard at all

  • AYE I HAVE THE EXACT SAME TRUCK AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT MINE IS THE SAME EXACT COLOR AND AS I WAS WATCHIN THE VIDEO I NOTICED A SMALL DENT IN THE BACK BUMPER MINE ALSO HAS THE SAME DENT THE SAME WAY ON THE BACK BUMPER MY OL'LADY WAS LIKE UHH WHEN DID YOU RECORD THAT LMAO... I WAS LIKE DAMN IT DOES LOOK LIKE MINE BUT THATS NOT ME LOL.....

  • lol what the hell.

  • nice driving, I clowned around in cars my whole life, and that shits hard to do on such a skinny road. Props.

  • what happened to this thing?

  • @Isjix I Off-Roaded it until the body was so trashed it wouldn't pass inspection. I sold it whole to a guy that was going to put the V8/Tcase/Transmission in a nicer truck, but as far as I know it's still sitting on his land rotting away... :(

  • @DiabolicalOtter oh. I have a blazer similar to this, the water pump went out and the gaskets got destroyed, radiator is ruined and I'm hoping to get it fixed soon, it's been that way for about 4 or so years and sitting outside rusting away, it is all moldy inside from water getting in. I loved that thing too :(

  • So you had it in low range with the front axle removed? Sounds like the gear reduction in the transfer case whining

  • @poopdogsays No, it was a small block TPI truck. With 4.10 gears and 240hp it didn't need low gear! The whine you hear is the super thin flex fan required to fit between the radiator and the engine.

  • that things got some balls

  • Dude I would drive something like this any day! If they are good on gas..

  • would love one of these with a hopped up LS1 in it

  • What kind of gearing did you have in the rear end dude?

  • hahaha thats fuckin sick

  • gr8 video looks liek so much fun!

  • fuck yeah

  • impressive! looks like a nice amount of power 5/5

  • Badass!!!

  • i have that identical truck except its a jimmy. exact same paint job too.

  • that rear end wont last long til the spider gear break i went through 3 in a jimmy with a 350 it was a 4wd with 31 bfg's

  • Its not hard to swap rear ends....

  • is this a 5.7 v8?

  • Small Road Huh?

  • i have a 89 blazer v8ed with a turbo 350 tranny and stock transfer...advaced adapters used to make a kit for the swap that made it simple...i did mine about 10 years ago and im not sure they still make it

  • i need some advice. i have an 89 s10 blazer 2 door 4.3. 4x4

and i want to put a v8 in it. how hard would it be to do so and keep my 4x4

  • really easy you can use the same tranny just get your motor and mounts...u dont have to change frame mounts...but youll need headers and an oil pan

  • I'd give nearly anything I could for mine to have that kinda power. But 4.3 V6, 3.42 gears and 32's aint no racecar.

  • haha i would love to know what you did to your 305 to give it 500 horse

  • '87 305 4speed 500hp nuf said

  • beautiful, back when thrucks were actually made like trucks and not this faggot ass luxory carpet and leather and computers and sound system ect. Trucks now are just luxory cars with a bed, Nothing more. Back then they had the steer and feel of an actual big heavy truck. Unfortunate that to many retarded fags in this world could not handle them and needed somthing more pussy that the automakers had to comply with. i had a 84 v8 s10 blaze to. fully restored $4k paint and all a geezer hitme RIPS10

  • Me likeeeeeee love thoese v-8s!!!!!

  • Doesn't look like a deathtrap to me it did that shit

  • fuckin awesome i got a 350 with a tpi in my 86 custom deluxe =]

  • now youve graduated to a bigger truck go by a k5

  • i love those old blazers they are awesome

  • Good one! 5/5 Rock on!

  • why did you get ride of it?

  • nice bud get er done

  • You can do that with the stock v6

  • you can i dont know why they gave you thumbs down

  • I did that again the other day with my v6. I almost died tonight though I spum out on the freeway.

  • but its the thought that its a v8

  • thats sweet. im gonna go do that in my dads astro van lol

  • is that an automatic!!! mine a 1986 fuel injection manual an i cant do that i try 3 times =(

  • brb, trying that in my 96 4 door :P

  • @TheInvincibleCheese rolled one. haha and they're all automatic, goodluck doing this in an automatic on pavement

  • hey man did yours come with a 350?

  • wazntme38 that is a 4x4 model bro..and I've done burnouts in my 88 s-10 blazer 4x4 4.3 vortec...as well as our 94 f-350 with a 460 4x4

  • eh man how did u like that blazer. im thinkin about doin tha same to mine

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahaha nice does that have limited slip? cuz if it does then damn thats pretty good for limited slip lol

  • those old country roads just not wide enough..darn it..............(ever tried to smoke the tires in 4X4?)

  • This is one of my favorite videos on youtube, do you have any more this good?

  • The one with my LT1 Camaro isn't bad either, it's in my other videos. Otherwise I'm old and have kids now so I have little time to mess around like that anymore. Should have my current Camaro up and running soon though, so...

  • if my mom ever caught me doin that with my blazer id be dead for wastine the new tires she paid for

  • This is one of my favorite video, so simple yet so fun to watch it. Do you have any more?

  • damn that looked nice, i gotta s-10 blazer i wanna do two.

  • the body rot is a nice touch

  • dude was that the 4.3 vortec or the throttle body 4.3, or was that a V8 350 or something of that sort. That thing didn't sound like a 4.3 to much rumble

  • yea ive been lookin but i might just buy another one if i get a chance

  • is that a 4.3? i got one just like it but saddly a 2.8

  • ouch... im not to sure about haveing that 2.8 in a blazer...if you can find a 4.3 i'd buy it. it could be easily be put in place of that 2.8

  • Keep it. Those 2.8 Are really easy to drop in small blocks. You don't need to change the frame mounts. With the 4.3s you need to convert to the 2.8 mounts to bolt the 350 in.

  • dude u got skittles lol j/k awesome cars im glad ur into chevy !!! ford sucks spell it backwards and u get dude running on foot

  • love it!!

  • with a small block in that little rig you could spin the tires off the rims, EASYLY!! good call on the engine swap!

  • Thats 1 classic 84 S10 blazer

  • this guy knows how to have a good time!

  • dude that is so fucking awsome i us 2 be able 2 do that untill i bluw out my rear end and the axel and wheel flew past me it fucking sucked

  • haha that was sic

  • Dude!thats some kick ass drivin, ever rally race?

  • wow nice figure 8's. that truck looks almost exactly like my blazer. but mines an 89 and has a pushgaurd and moonvisor. killer ride man!

  • u make it look easy to spin around like that!

  • Hella good driving skills and a kickass truck! Too bad you had to get rid of it :(

  • woah dude now thats the shit.. u c them tuners on a wide ass street and they still suck. your on the most narrow street ive ever seen + it has a ditch and ur kickin there asses..... impressive

  • Thanks Man. Lots of years of practice and lots of tires burned in the process! If you watch the brakelights closely you can see that I'm on-and-off the pedal constantly trying to keep the front end pivoting around the front tires while keeping the rear wheels spinning as fast as possible. Also notice that when the truck is completely sideways, the road is barely as wide as the truck is long. Oy Vey.

  • gotta hand it to you, that's pretty impressive

  • good shit maaaaan! love the loose dirt spray

  • damn what kinda locker or posi do you have? Seems to work very well. Bad ass man

  • This truck had a Powertrax locker in the stock rear end with 4.10 gears. It's fully locked under power but will unlock under normal driving on corners and such. Great for a dd/trail truck.

  • what engine did you have in it before? i have a 1984 S10 Blazer 4x4 with the stock 2.8 v6. Sucks balls picking up. what did you have before and what did you put in it and was it a pain in the ass? i read somewhere that some guy put a 350 TPI in it and it took a shit load of work and it would only do the quarter mile in like 15 seconds. get back to me cause i really wanna swap out the engine.

  • CHances are it was the 4.3 liter. Most of the V8 swaps are considering it will bolt to the original tranny and the changes in the engine bay are only minor.

  • i have a s10 blazer tahoe edition came stock with a 4.3 liter v6 it was nice while it lasted lol

  • lol, while it lasted? i had a 92 tahoe edition blazer. 4.3 4x4 4 dr. that thing was a tank, i put 31's on it and beat the hell outta it. i ramped and landed sideways in a mudhole, well, mostly sideways. the only thing it did was popped the tire off bead. now thats a tank! yea, i guess while it lasted goes for me too, after sucking mud and shit into the engine it didnt like to run to well. lol

  • Sorry I haven't been on in a while. This truck was a 2.5L 4-cyl/5spd model and I put in a TPI 305. I used a 4.3L transmission but had it rebuilt for the V8. Used the stock t-case and aftermarked motor mounts. It was a load of work/changes to the engine bay. As someone already said, you're better off starting with a 4.3L truck because the engine bay was redesigned and the V8 will fit a lot easier. I think in '87 or '88 they started putting the 4.3 in. Cheers...

  • Fuckin awsome

  • thats sick

  • very nice

  • Mine its blazer s10, the same but v6 I think V8 is more waste of fuel thah the power gained. How much can worth to swamp to another engine? i heard around 1.8k, But thats the original engine of the 87. Too old, i think i will get one more new maybe it can be more expensive. But it must be better. Then Turbo or something like that. Some people says "Sell the car, that will be better to buy another better" I said no! I just want to fix this car,its 4x4. Its a good car. New engine=new car.

  • The v8 in it is well worth it, and not much worse on gas if you can keep your foot off it..

  • V8? Thats a verry big engine. I have the same car but i have to repair the engine or better to change it for maybe a v8.

  • Check out s10extremist dot org for all the information you could ever need on swapping a V8 into an S10 of any kind or year. Great guys too. They'll help you build it, then help you break it on the trails!!! I put this V8 in cheaper than I could have repaired the stock 4-cylinder...

  • The road is so narrow because this particular day there was alcohol involved and this was actually a friend's personal driveway, thus very narrow. Not even 2 cars wide really. It would smoke them just as good on wider roads and parking lots trust me!!! I keep it off the road when I've been drinking!!! Alcohol+HP+Lunatic=BAD!!! ;) I don't drink at all anymore, but way back when...

  • The narrow road takes more skill and the tight camera shot is killer.

  • The trick to getting the good camera shot is having a cameraman who is willing to give his life in the line of duty! Excellent work Jeremy!

  • Thanks guys... With the short wheelbase, plenty of power, and the rear end locked under power, it was fairly easy to control and put it where you wanted it. This video was made in 1st gear Hi-Range, so you can guess how deadly it was in Lo-Range off the stoplights!!!

  • Very cool but couldnt you have done it on a wider road?

  • Nicely controlled slide in a very narrow road. Congratulations.

  • What a sweet sounding Blazer.
