@2champ1 Into diamond,you cant found bagon,it is only for pearl/platinum.And,pokeradar is a special item that you get with the national dex,to use him,go to tall grass and use it.The grass are going to move,go to that grass patch and battle it.The pokeradar shows rare pokemons that cant be found normally on the area.

You have to first complete your pokedex.

After that go to Rowan and show the completed pokedex to him.He should give you the Poké Radar as a gift.
