U twins are pussys when it comes to legs man. I start out leg extension 3 sets. Superset with seated leg curls. Then 2 sets of hyperextensions. Then I squat 5x 10. Then deadlift for hams and glutes. 5 x 12 then hack squat 3 x 12 then leg press 3 x 15 then leg ext. 2 sets to failure high rep. Lying leg curls 3x failure. Thats 50 mins. Perfect.

2:00 Those aren't "ham and glut" raises. That exercise is primarily for your lower back. You may feel stretching and pulling on your hams and gluts, but your lifting your upper half of your body with your lower back.

@yuvrajdiwan123 Too much weight or you're going too low. And it could be because you did a lower back workout a couple days previous to doing your leg press. But I think it's the weight, try lowering it and see if your back still hurts. Hope this helps.

1) Im fairly new to bodybuilding and i seem to have trouble fatiguing my back. My other muscle groups are usually sore the day after except for my back. ive been doing all kinds of rows, pulldowns, pullups ect. but i just cant seem to fully fatigue my back... any pointers?
2) With a chest, tri, shoulder day i feel like my tris and shoulders get a little neglected. Have you tried any other splits. ie--> back & tris, Chest &Bis?
@gcchiles normaly the triceps gets enough stimulation from chest / shoulder / triceps day but if you want to you can go with day1 chest / triceps day2 back / biceps day3 legs / shoulders

@gcchiles if you still have that 'problem' with your back try to do some drop sets, in your case i wouldnt worry about it, my shoulders are NEVER sore the next day n still progress just with shoulder press n laterals

@VisionimagifyTV Deadlifts are 60% back 40 % legs. Why not save them for back day, also their backs are fucked up if you havent been paying attention.
The second exercise you did is a hyper extention bro, great for the hams, glute and lower back, like you said similar motion to a dead lift....or you can pick up two dumbells and do a stiff legged dead...legs close together and virtually down and up in the same motion.
Good looking leg workout you did there....short but effective....low volume but high intensity....Dorian Yates style...Im from London but been training over ten years and i never once snap any shit up!!!!! Nuff luv!!! PEACE!!!

ooo damn im a noob with 22 inch thighs.. just started working out was skinny fat.. had knee problems but after 3 months i managed to get stronger and can do 6 plates on each side so far : ) after watching this video i know i will progress now that i know not to go below 90degree bend haahaha thanks

Great review. I use to buy L- Arginine years ago due to the suppose HGH response and guess what a had a blood test done before and during the supplement and had no changes in body or hormone response at all that supplement is rubbish !!!!
