this is really good. do the restaurants use cornstarch to coat the shrimp or do they use a special type of flour found in the stores that carry asian ingredients?
they usually use corn starch,.. although in the restaurants they usually deep fry the shrimp first then coat it all in the aromatics. feel free to check out my channel.
