depends on edition of photoshop
for Album Starter Edition you don't have to pay as it's freeware.
for PS elements you'll pay $99 in US
full version of PS (which u can see in the vid) costs
CS4 Upgrade: $199
CS4 Full$ 699
CS4 Extended full $999
