You get enough points to get out of the 1st round, then get the most points in the 2nd round and you can win the comp. The competition clearly states that once you get into the 2nd round, 1st round is history and it's the point total in the 2nd round that nets you the title. Well, Steph choked in the 2nd round and PP didn't at that moment, so I can't really buy the "curry should have won" argument
