Eventually, you'll have about three or four lands battling it out for control!

Great idea but ideas are easier to make than the product. If you can pull together a team and its good go for it! id love to play it! a good hack n slash is needed
If you do seriously want this game to be created, or any of the games you've talked about, write up a project report detailing very closely what you are looking for. Characters, items, creatures, world, lands, physics, stats, tech-trees, implimentations (like how character created content gets voted and entered as game content, will it be uploaded weekly as maintenance, or in patches, etc.). I'll help you iron out the rough spots if you'd like as well....up to you.
I've been a programmer since I was 9, and there is a limit to what a game can be. To be able to do "anything" would be soooo freakin' awesome, but to make such a thing possible has been tried a million times over and failed. "Spore" comes close, and yet so vastly far from it. I do like the idea of character-created content, we are moving into that age, but that's what Guild War does somewhat (and Shadowbane I believe), along with SecondLife. Still need a premise though.

From what I can tell, it sounds a lot like Suikoden with Sims rolled up in a crack ball. Just an idea to help, try not to come up with game mechanics, story line is more important and usually dictates what style will be used and then be changed to suit your idea. Without story line, you have another street fighter/mk game, and I personally can't stand them.

why do you do that... you really think that game devloppers will take your idea like this and say to the world that they use an idea of a douche on youtube? I think they just don<t give a fuck about what you are saying. It is simple to think about the game we believe perfect. But in a game you have a limit of ram storage and you must know how an 3d engine works. it is simple to think about how should be a good game... but game makers have ther proper researcher for ideas.
Your game sounds really fun and cool. The concept seems pretty cool, I would love to play it. I want to be a game programmer, and this is the kind of game I love, and would love to be a part of. All the elements, of it seem new esp. in pt 4 where the seemingly low lvl character starts to unleash awesome power. Great idea, and original too. I would love to see this game actually made!
