Thankfully the US provides more private donations than any other country and provides the majority of public/international funding to tackle these issues. Furthermore there are countless US based \organizations dedicated to tackling these very issues.

I am understanding so I offered to resolve it between us but they refused, I called the police to get help and they refused because they don't have the jurisdiction. If that were any other american they would have been arrested for driving without a license.
