  • San Diego*

  • The Wheelie took place in San Dieg ooff of UTC and La Jolla area

  • i didnt learn anything from this video

  • Nice video. San diego right?

  • Im telling you yo, if you dn't have brake control, you should start now. trust

  • @Kings6261 That's nice, but you don't need to be telling people stuff they already know. I keep my brake covered. As you see, this clip is several years old so I'm not new to the game. If you have tips, give them to the other guy that was asking for them.

Which video on your page is you?

  • @Kings6261 STFU!

  • so all u have is throttle control, thats all bad, You u get brake control saves you from 12 ing, especially if the bike looses balance point, and just keeps going back

  • @Kings6261 Are you telling me that? Or the kid asking for advice ?

  • dude that's like here in San Diego!!!!!!

  • @RaquelSayson more like la jolla (:

  • isnt it sketchy putting the front end back down when the tire isnt spinning?

  • @2012Spahn No. Airplanes do it all the time. Just keep it pointed straight and you're good. Put it down crooked, then you'll have issues.

  • @paldri okay thanks. are you in 2nd gear hear? i have a 2002 r6 and i can get it up to the balance point in 2nd, but i cant ride them for very long. any tips?

  • @2012Spahn Yea 2nd gear works best for the 636, 3rd gear for a 1000cc bike. If you can't hold them very long, you may not actually be at the balance point. If you're at the balance point you should have no problem holding it as long as you want.

Best advice I can give is first, always clutch it up. And second, keep inching it up higher and higher until you start to slow down, once you feel it start to slow get off the gas a little, then just work the throttle to keep it up.

  • @paldri alright thanks man, ill keep trying with your tips

  • fuckin nice man

  • legend

  • that guy was just tired i swear he can do wheelie for hours trust me

  • that's straight up skill.... I crashed a lot when I used to have my Ninja 250.... but that's what happens when you have a brand new rider trying to stunt after a few days of riding ....... ha ha ha :)

  • wheelies are classy duhhh!!!!

  • What gear are you in??? Just wondering, I have an 2K5 ZX10R.........

  • @PepsiFizz2911 I have one of those as well. 2nd gear on the 636, 3rd on the zx10.

  • The music really makes it. I can't believe no one has does classical and wheelies before. I've got so many ideas now......lol

  • @gundamnitpete Haha. Glad I could provide some inspiration! :). I've always like Chopin, especially his waltzes. Figured it'd be perfect background music for a nice freeway wheelie !

  • the music fits cause riding wheelies like that is an art .. i would know lol

  • Interesting choice of music!! and you sir, have great balance.

  • @XtremeCarTuner Thx :).

  • @XtremeCarTuner Hah the music is the best part :]

  • You are a crazy man lol, adrenaline pumping yet you made it look like a fart! GOOD STUFF

  • The music fits PERFECTLY! :)

  • Nice wheelie! I hope you run an oil pick-up on that bike. Otherwise you are killing it.

  • @adrenalineboyzryan

you dont need an oil pick up just clean air mod and problem is solved

  • @evanupon1 Yea I had just ignored that comment when it was originally posted. My bike is a 2003 and I've wheelied the piss out of it for years. The motor is 100%. 636s don't need all that oil pan modding crap for recreational freeway wheelies. :)

  • @paldri sup dude nice wheelies! anywho we have a bunch of stuners here in the sd area and we have been doing street rides anywhere from 50-120 deep holding down san diego streets at least once a month you should come join us. Check out some of the vids from my page as well. were just starting to post some

  • Love the music

  • LOL thumbs up for the song !! XD

  • love music..

  • The music is awesome ;)

  • Ugh I love the way the cage looks on the 636 905 cage I'm assuming... Clutch it up kid

  • musik is the best :D nice wheelie

  • thats pritty sick man, what is your longest wheelie? Subd.. Check out some of mine, comment and sub...

  • @Urbanlegenz1 Nice vids. I used to have that bike, sweet ride but never quite worked for me for good balance point wheelies. I think maybe the throttle was just too twitchy n' torquey, that and 2nd gear goes 120mph.

The 636 works great and balances real well. This one's prolly one of the longest I've done. Though I spose with infinite road and no police, I could go forever (or until the engine seizes)

  • nice vid haha an good choice of music it kinda works with it lol

  • is this San Diego?!?! i recognize the Mormon temple xD

  • Haha was that mormon temple in la jolla?

  • rather anti climactic music

  • lol BA bike BA wheelie then u go and put that music on it haha

  • lmfao!!! great fucking video. but wtf is with that song. u killed it

  • this song just got me so amped up i think im going to hop on the gsxr and take her down the highway

  • is that san deigo??

  • boom nice sound man!!

  • thats sick man, nice vid, if their was sound it'd probly just be loud wind noise so nice substitution ;p

  • Thx :). Yea it was a bunch of wind noise, so I put a little waltz over it heh.

  • Alright, thanks for all the info man. Great video!

  • Ur welcome. Anytime :)

  • Oh yeah, second or third?

  • thanks! That is what I have, and I'm currently trying to learn the balance point of my bike.

  • 2nd. 60mph or so. The 636 is great for balance. No engine troubles or oil pan problems either. Good bike.

  • what gearing does this bike have? stock?

  • -1,+2.

  • aha this is on the 5 north by la jolla

    nice

  • Oo wow, nice ;)

    i wish i could do that ...-.-

    5*

  • what up with the music? lol :P

  • i like it, this video is a masterpiece and the music goes well :)

  • nice

  • Cool! Thanks for sharing!

  • haha, that's awesome. sweet wheelie!

  • is thers a 636 kawasaki?

  • yes on I-5 socal homie!!!!

  • Nice man... I have an 04 636 with same set up but having problems getting mine up at 2nd gear... How fast do you bring it up and do you havepower commander? Any tips???

  • No power commander, just the minor -1,+2 sprocket change. Even with stock gearing and the extra weight of the cage, an 03'-04' will come up no problem. You shouldn't be having any trouble. Bring it up anywhere between 40mph to 60mph. Anywhere much outside of those speeds will be too low in torque.

And clutch it up, no power wheelies. Those are dumb and you'll probably get hurt trying them :)

  • so you think clutching up is safer than powering it up?!

  • yes.

  • maybe for an experienced rider but i wouldn't recomend it from a novice

  • *recommend

  • you are a novice STFU

  • nobody gave you persission 2 talk sparkplug, so keep ur mouth shut and let the big boys finish their conversation

  • Well, I am an experienced rider. You asked me a pretty straight forward question, I gave a straight forward answer. You didn't make any mention of beginners in your question.

Clutching allows much more precision. I'll leave the power wheelies to the "squids".

  • I have a '05 zx6r and i've only done power wheelies so far (in first gear) and i've never had any problems apart from if anything not always having the balls to pull it right up !

I've done a couple of decent 12 oclock wheelstands on it in first and then the front just comes down naturally at the end of the gear. The next step for me is clicking 2nd gear.

For me clutching seems quite sketchy cos it comes up visciously and really quick ... anyway nice vid

  • nicely done p.s nice choice of music

  • how big of a rear sprocket you have on your bike and what gear you do yours at?

  • -1,+2. 2nd gear.

  • once you went by that temple I was like "oh shit it's san diego"

  • That ZX6 is the best one for that kinda stunting. It eats shitload amount of oil and never get starved like gixxers when doing looong wheelies.

I'm even afraid to push my gixxer over half mile lol.

    Music choice was pretty original!

  • Hey thats a pretty sweet wheelie!! wouldnt u say.

  • baha this is excellent! haha, its all pretty with the music and the mormon temple in the background. san diego right? haha, dude your pretty good. nice work

  • Thanks :) This 636 is my favorite bike so far, it's great for this stuff.

  • thanx bro

  • bro how do u keep em so like controlled i have 2 keep goin on the gas and so ill be like flyin i want 2 do it slow no homo

  • That just means you don't have it up high enough. If you're picking up speed then you don't have the bike at the balance point.

Just practice picking it up around 40-50mph. If you speed up, bring the front wheel up higher. To slow down you have to go a bit past the balance point so be careful with that ! Make sure you cover your rear brake with ur right foot ;)

  • thats sick!good job bro, but take care dont get in an accident!

  • dont kill your self!

  • Nice, man, friggin' nice. The music was a nice touch. lmao!

  • Hehe thx :)

  • dude loves his Chopin... haha it's actually under Romantic era, not "classical" if anyone was really wondering :)

    Chopin has some badass stuff

  • nice-I'll be in san diego soon.

    805 right?

  • 805 is close by :), this isn't on the 805 though.

  • forgot about the church...94

  • That is a riot! The Chopin Waltz really makes it complete!!

  • san diego woot

  • good as porn

  • hope you have a good oil pick up bud

  • Really on the 636 you dont need to modify the stock oil pick up. Can run a little extra in that motor safely over the normal recomended amount of oil and it will still pick up the oil just fine without doing damage to the motor. On the GSXR 600/750 and even the Honda F4i Stuntex makes a nice oil pick up conversion that you can install with basic knowledge and tools. The R6 there is a little more to the process of making it pick up oil effeiciently for wheelies. Cheers.

  • Yea, never had a problem. Had this particular bike over a year now, still runs fine.

  • very nice throttle control, keep stunt'n dog

  • nice throttle control. 2nd gear? how big is the rear sprocket?

  • just should of went on a wheelie to china lol

  • that is good man.

  • nice job!

  • i bet you could have wheelie all the way to legoland. nice
